"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There were problems already at the check-in because we first got the wrong room. Shortly after we were in the room, someone knocked the door and we had to go to the reception again. Finally, we were allowed to keep the room yet. The room needs repairs and better cleaning. The hangs were broken, the tape full of sticks and dust everywhere. The child's bed smells unpleasant after urine and in bed were even to find hair. Hygiene was really very bad. The breakfast service was not good either. We were scarcely observed and although we were told that breakfast was inclusive, we had to pay extra at the end. Prices were too high for it. Even our two-year-old child had to pay €8 even though she had hardly eaten anything. Unfortunately we can't recommend this hotel further. !"

"We had junior suite. Nice backyard view. Large and spacious. Very good food terrible service in the restaurant and in the reception. But one of the reception guys saved the situation with exceptional service. He also was almost the onlyone who spoke English. Be careful . The mattress are very soft not for back problems"
