"We were traveling from Vietnam to Russia, via Kazakhstan. We found this hotel on Trip.com and booked it with breakfast. Booking and paying with our Russian card was easy. We didn't enable roaming, so we navigated by memory using a map, as the car's GPS was struggling and the hotel wasn't showing up on Google Maps. We drove at night, relying on our memory of the map. There was no one to ask for directions, and no Wi-Fi either. We found it almost by accident. One drawback: no road signs. As we approached, we saw a sign that said "STABLES" when we were looking for "Scandic Hotel." When we got closer to the building, we realized it was what we were looking for. All in all, it was a miracle! The hotel itself is clean, with towels and all amenities available, right down to a shoe sponge. There's a kettle, water, and tea for one cup. The breakfast was delicious."

"Simple, but clean hotel, with friendly staff. I stayed here for one night. Unfortunately my room smelled strongly (somebody must have smoked in the room), I went back to reception and got another room that was ok."

"The check-in was late at 20-45. The restaurant was opened to 21-00. They went from Russia, very tired on the road by car and were hungry. A wonderful girl on Resepshn-Diana, did everything possible for us. Thanks to her for caring 🙏 We were placed without payment in local currency (the exchange was closed). We were fed by the restaurant, despite having 10 minutes to close 🙏. Borsh-Wonder 🙌. We also want to express our gratitude to a nice girl from the restaurant 🌸. And the next day we extended the number 😉🙏... We took the luxury, everything very clean, comfortable, spacious and thoughtful. Staff smiling, joyful and attentive! "The room smells bad. Whether smoked or smelled from the kitchen I don't even understand. Dusty curtains, black hair in the shower, aren't exactly mine. The window opens noise from the road. Administrators and waiters are young and attentive. Maybe I just didn't get lucky with the room."

I smoke cigarettes and, unfortunately, there is no comfortable outdoor space where you may sit with a drink; just outside the entrance or behind the parking station standing. But this is a more problem than they"

Apart Inn - Apart Hotel

"Vid ankomsten, tyvärr ingen mottagning, inga mobila data( endast om du kan hämta en telefon karta på plats) 4 stängda dörrar med en kod som du inte tidigare har, främmande land, var ett skräckscenario. Tack gode Gud var också en gäst som kunde kontakta hotellet innehavare och har hjälpt till. Bokat rum över Trip.com Även min flyg jag bokade över denna sida, som var mycket vacker och komplikationer och betalade via PayPal. En ung dam kom sedan för att bokföra. Det påstås att det inte hade kommit pengar och bara betalas i bar alltid i detta hotell. Jag var tvungen att betala i bar igen på plats och innan jag bytte pengarna. Jag tycker att det var en avskum. Därför rekommenderar jag inte detta hotell. Annars var hotellrummen ny/modern inredda."
