"This place is an absolute paradise,my room was in the newest perantzada's building with a stunning view,I completely fell in love with this magical art hotel and to mention the hospitality the staff provided me was truly amazing,their flavourful breakfast which has a lot of options both for vegetarians and vegans as well.Overall I recommend this well-preserved and amazing hotel to everybody "

"This establishment is made up of several recently renovated buildings. It has a lovely atmosphere. Our accommodation was very spacious: two beautiful bedrooms, a living room, a proper kitchen, a beautiful terrace (with a sea view), and a small balcony. It was clean and well-equipped; there was even a small dishwasher. We only had one problem: the oven didn't work; in fact, as soon as we turned it on, it tripped the circuit breaker. I reported it to the reception manager, but nothing seems to have been resolved. It's quite possible (and even highly recommended) to book directly through the Ithaca'Poem website. It's quick and easy to book by sending a deposit via bank transfer. And it's especially advantageous, as the price is significantly lower than what wholesalers offer. We had a wonderful time at this place and left with regret."

"If you have 200€ left you can pay for a wonderful view. Otherwise there is no breakfast, just a welcome, and zero cleaning. By cleaning they only mean changing the trash. Not even making the bed. For mopping and bathing No reason!!!!! And all this after you have made the observation!!!! As for the reception they mean the basement where the cleaning lady is. Otherwise wonderful view and comfortable rooms."

"Perfect location 3 min walk to Vathi square we had Garden Room on ground floor clean and tidy host was lovely good value relaxed atmosphere only negatives bar closed at 9pm if you want a drink when you get back from dinner order before you go and leave in room no kettle in room so no cuppa between 9pm and 8am there is a fridge in room so if known I would have brought own kettle and bits but bakery on square open at 7am so problem solved so only real negative was the bed very hard memory foam topper would have been appreciated"

"Denna lägenhet består av flera nyrenoverade byggnader. Vi känner oss bra. Vår boende var mycket omfattande: två vackra rum, en vardagsrum och ett riktigt kök samt en vacker terrass (med havsutsikt) och en liten balkong. Det är rent, välutrustat, det finns även en liten diskmaskin. Vi har känt att ett problem: Ugnen fungerade inte, faktiskt när man tändning det fick avkopplingen av den elektriska mätaren. Jag har informerat mottagarna, men inget verkar ha lösts. Det är mycket möjligt (och till och med mycket rekommenderat) att boka live på Ithaca'Poem webbplats. Det sker snabbt och mycket enkelt genom att skicka en förskott via banköverföring. Och det är särskilt intressant, eftersom priset är mycket lägre än det som erbjuds av grossisterna. Vi har tillbringat en utmärkt tid på denna plats som vi har lämnat med beklaglighet."

"200 for a view and peace Ok You have them and go And externally you say it will be perfect Somewhere it says breakfast, there is no breakfast of course so immediately more or less for its price Clean ok we had it While they had not informed us that a lady was entering the room, when we returned on the first day the bed had simply been made No other towels or anything Then why does she enter ??for the bed? They didn't even put shower gel There was a small bottle Not a clothesline for the beach clothes and you can't sit outside all day because there is no shade on the balcony In general just the view and your good mood for a vacation But not again"
