"Our family group of 10 made a reservation for dinner about 4 hours before the reservation time of 6:30. It took an hour and a half to get the first 2 orders and 3 hours to get the last 3 orders. The waitresses were apologetic but said they would be fired if they said anything to "the kitchen". After 4 1/2 hours, our last meal was finished and we requested a discussion with the owner, who turned out to be the cook. The service was horrible and the food was average at best. We confronted the owner with our dissatisfaction and told the owner that we didn't intend to pay the bill. He threatened to put a wheel lock on our car. To say that this guy is an a-hole would be a complement. Sadly, the waitresses were stuck in the middle and were visibly upset and apparently negotiated an offer to reduce our bill by the cost of seversl dinners. We finally left, 4 1/2 hours after arriving. It was a miserable experience with an owner who had low regard for customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the fact that he offered no apolpgy for our long wait and was an a-hole when we complained. I've been in all sorts of restaurants all over the world and never had an experience close to this. I will never go there again and strongly suggest that the readers of this review do the same. "
