"I had one night at this property, between Hertenstein and Weggis in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. While the property is not lake-front, it is very close to the lake, and has a bit of an elevated hill-side location, making the lake vista even more beautiful. There is a small road separating the hotel and the lake, but luckily there's very little traffic and noise from the road. I had booked an 'Arven' room with a balcony and view of the lake. Indeed, the view was pretty spectacular, and really allowed you to take in the stunning nature of the area. I was able to check in pretty early in the day, which was much appreciated, and I was offered a free drink (I chose Prosecco) as a welcome. I also got a free snack in the room as a welcome, and there's a mini bar as well, albeit a bit pricey. The bathroom was also nice and pretty spacious. The hotel features a very nice outdoor and indoor pool, and there's a spa area where you can book massages and such. There's also saunas available and various other spa facilities. It was slightly cold during my visit, so the heated pool was much appreciated and it was lovely to enjoy the stellar view of the lake from the pool. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner on site (mostly because there's not many dining options within walking distance) but all was great, and service from staff was perfect. After dinner, I got some incredible pictures of the view, and also realized that the hotel has an area on the other side of the road, right by the lake, with chairs and a nice place to enjoy the view, literally right by the lake. I believe you can also use the restaurant and facilities at their sister property next door, Gerbi. The area itself is very quiet and uneventful. There is an indoor pool at Lido across the street, and the small city of Weggis (where you can also take the boat to Luzern) is maybe a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, an amazing hotel with great service from the staff. It shows that it's a family-run property and that they want to make every guest have a great experience."

"Mycket trevligt hotell bredvid sjön och nära Kabelbilstationen till Rigi Mountain, 5 km från järnvägsstationen. Mycket varmt vänliga anställda.Mycket smakfull frukost med kräsigt bröd och krossad. Det var synd att vi kom sent till hotellet och lämnade det tidigt nästa morgon så att vi bara kunde fånga några timmars dagsljus på sjön. Jag tvivlade på att välja detta hotell eftersom rummet är indelat endast 12 kvadratmeter, men när vi gick in fann vi att det är dubbelt så mycket som den angivna ytan.Wish Hotel och Trip.com kunde rätta till detta misstag och ge detta hotell en förtjänad uppmärksamhet."

Considering exact same water is 1.10 CHF in a shop. Disgusted with that. Defo stay there just don’t get water 😅"
