"I rarely write reviews, but my first visit to the Shandong coast left a great impression, mainly because of the sea view private hot spring and pool. The hotel as a whole is top-notch, with excellent decor and aesthetics. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and gentle, and a gentleman helped with my luggage and thoughtfully adjusted the room temperature in advance. All the other staff were also very enthusiastic and professional, showing that their internal training is very thorough. The room view is unbeatable, and the private hot spring is huge, more than enough for two people. Opening the door to the sea and falling asleep to the sound of waves at night was pure bliss. The toiletries are a full set of Bulgari, there's a Dyson hairdryer, and a smart toilet. The minibar drinks and all kinds of cups are fully stocked. The environment is first-class, and the sliding door separating the wash area from the bed provides excellent sound isolation. I want to especially praise the pool. At this time of year, very few other hotels, especially those with outdoor pools, have theirs open, but this hotel's pool is already open. I went for a swim in the afternoon when it was warm. I heard there are only about twenty rooms, so the guest experience is excellent with fewer people. I was lucky enough to have the pool all to myself, which you wouldn't experience at a regular five-star hotel. The mackerel dumplings for breakfast were very fresh and delicious, and the breakfast also had fruit, which was a huge plus. As a watermelon lover, I was very satisfied. There are shared e-scooters at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient for those without a car. It's easy to get to Xianghai, Jiming Island, and the shipwreck, and taxis are readily available. There's also a nearby restaurant that serves delicious sea cucumber with rice. Areas for improvement: Because the private hot spring is so large, the disposable bathtub liner provided was a bit small and couldn't cover the walls of the hot spring once filled with water. I hope they can change their selection in the future, though I imagine there are few liners on the market that fit such a large hot spring. I also hope they can improve the placement of the pendant lamp on the left side of the bed in the 270 sunset view room. I wish them prosperous business and hope to stay again next year."

"My stay at Weihai Xintai International Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The room was elegantly styled and spacious, feeling open and not at all cramped. It was spotlessly clean, fresh, and odorless. The bedding was high-quality, incredibly comfortable and relaxing, ensuring a superb night's sleep. The facilities were comprehensive and practical, very well-maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for an exceptionally quiet night. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, providing a truly reassuring and pleasant stay. This is my top choice for accommodation in Weihai, and I'll definitely book here again next time!"

"I loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10"

"I stumbled upon this hotel with a floor-to-ceiling sea-view window room online and immediately fell in love with it. So, I took advantage of the three-day Qingming Festival holiday to visit Weihai. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the actual experience was fantastic! From the hotel's **exterior**, it felt like an older four-star, but once I entered the lobby, the overall impression was very neat, clean, and bright. You could tell that the hotel put effort into maintaining its facilities. The staff were also very enthusiastic, even calling a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and preferences. The **service** was excellent. Since I arrived quite late on the first night, after 10:00 PM in Weihai, I booked a **standard king room** for the first night. It offered a street view, not the sea. The room was quiet and very clean, perfect for a good night's rest. On the second day, around 9:00 AM, we moved to the sea-view room I had been looking forward to. I booked the **Deluxe Sea View Terrace King Room**. The room was still very clean and quiet. The interior decoration was on par with a five-star hotel (though the walls were a bit patchy and could use a repaint). Upon entering, there was a bathtub, and then the super large floor-to-ceiling window and terrace came into view. In front of the window, there was a soft sofa, which was incredibly comfortable and relaxing for drinking tea or coffee – it just made me so happy. The view from the terrace was also stunning; the sea was very clear on sunny days. In the evening, you could watch the sunset from the room. What could be more romantic than that? The **breakfast** restaurant was a sea-view restaurant with a huge floor-to-ceiling window. Outside, there was a trestle bridge, the sea, and seagulls – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it covered most Chinese breakfast essentials, and the taste was good. For a four-star hotel, it was really impressive. The **location** is in Huancui District, not far from attractions like Torch 8th Street. There are also many good restaurants nearby. Downstairs are Jinshatan Beach and the Jinhaiwan Trestle Bridge, where many seagulls hover. The hotel has an elevator that goes directly to the beach, and guests are given an exclusive wristband. For families with children who want to play in the water during summer, it's very convenient – you can go straight back to your room via the elevator to wash up after playing. Overall, the accommodation experience was excellent! Full marks, highly recommended!"

"Highly recommend the Huanman Hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, right near Oulefang Night Market and about 5 km from Torch Eight Street. Getting around is super convenient, whether you're taking a taxi or public transport, and there are tons of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The biggest surprise was the mini-fridge, which was incredibly handy for storing drinks and fruit. The smart room control system was amazing – I could control the lights, curtains, and AC all with my voice, creating a great ambiance without even having to get out of bed. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Negative reviews: 1. I clearly stated I wanted a middle room upon check-in, but the air conditioner in the room the front desk gave me was broken. This is tolerable, since you wouldn't have known. 2. After changing rooms, they changed me to a last-room room, claiming they didn't have this custom, proving they knew many guests had such taboos. I didn't mention any such custom, and they immediately distanced themselves, even though I clearly stated my request from the beginning. I especially hate it when the front desk gives you a last-room room as soon as they open the room; it was significantly smaller. Based on my experience staying in hotels, last-room rooms are usually the worst. Honestly. 3. The new hotel's facilities are a mess. The laundry room is on the -1 floor and it's dark; you have to get a key from the front desk. I've never seen such a strange laundry service under a Home Inn brand. The only good thing: seeing we were unhappy, they gave us free breakfast. Their attitude was good, but shouldn't a Home Inn hotel, as a service industry, have good service?"

While it's close to the seafood market, the fish they sell are all live. How can you eat them? Inconvenient. Third, the hostel owner isn't a service or innkeeper. He has no communication skills and is rude. He only became polite after a night's stay and the police intervened. He doesn't understand the saying "harmony brings wealth." It's strange that such a person could make money! In all my travels, this is the first time I've encountered such a host. I haven't suffered any setbacks in my youth, but I hope I'll learn from them! Bad review, bad review..."
