Travelodge Hotel - Canterbury Whitstable

"I know travelodge is a cheaper hotel option so wasn’t expecting the best.I had booked for myself,partner and our 2 dogs.Upon arrival walking through main doors we where shocked to see a resident cat and beds and toys all laid out in reception considering this is a dog friendly hotel.People where having to carry dogs and cover there eyes.I had my shoulder put out as my dogs nearly pulled me over there was no mention of a live in cat when we booked we had to use the fire escape stairs to take the dogs out to the toilet which where very steep and spiraled around.If there was mention of cat I would not have booked this hotel I will be on pain killers now for at least a week until my shoulder is healed."

"Very well situated hotel, just outside town. Great value for money! Staff really pleasant. Nice clean rooms. Love the beds and bedding. Nothing not to like. Breakfast was great and very good value."
