Recommended! The staffs are very nice. Even though they cannot speak english, they really try hard to help us with everything. They even compliment us with free coffee! Definitely would come back 😊

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the "faulty" sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

The Hotel is located in Siguniangshan Village for tourists which means you will be conveniently located to the.national park entrance. If you are going in the fall or winter make sure you are prepared for cold weather; although the hotel has heard floors! A great added luxury.

Friendly counter staff... Free Latte Cafe for us. Nice lobby staff... Helpful aswell. Help us take lauguage bag upper 4th floor.. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

I love this hoter so far. Nice location near by a lot of restaurants the best is staff. They are very friendly and helpful. And hotel is welcoming for Thai people. I hope I will come back to stay here again.❤️

Good service

Service and room cleanliness is all good. They help us carry our luggage up and down as there is no lift in the hotel. Just one downside the shower heater is not working for that one night however they tried to help us solve as well. Very good service overall.

房間乍一看很新，實際蠻簡陋的，藤編的椅子是有點破爛的，浴室也是有點破爛，完全不符合四顆星的水平，這個價格這個水準實在是令人十分失望，早餐也十分簡單。熱水，反正我是水龍頭和浴室花灑都放了很久的水，要説有温度變化，大概就是冷和更冷之間的區別😅，這個價格實在是不推薦哈！

設施：設施完備，停車場也不緊張，酒店基礎設施建設完善 衞生：衞生店內環境非常不錯，乾淨寬敞，小零食和飲料種類也很多，不錯哦 環境：舒適 裝修非常有風格，分成小區域，挺隱祕的，感覺蠻不錯 服務：服務生都非常專業，動作利落乾脆，客户體驗感特別棒👍 值得推薦噢，主要誇一下工作人員，人超級好，態度真的非常好，沒有一點不耐煩！
