"Right upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with an oxygen concentrator, and offered great views! If you don't feel like venturing out for food, there's a restaurant on the first floor. In the evenings, you can stroll around the village and take some photos, which is very convenient! It's very close to the scenic area, just a 10-minute drive away. The butler was also very helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Chang Ping Inn was the perfect stay for us during our stay in Siguniangshan to hike the three valleys (Shuangqiaogou, Changpinggou, Haizigou). For Shuangqiao valley, they can order a taxi for you to the entrance which is very convenient. For Changping and Haizi valley, you can walk directly to the entrances in the village (5 - 15 min respectively, note for Haizi valley that the entrance is to the right of Changping valley, and that you have to walk up 500 m wooden stairs to the entrance/ticket office!) Moreover, the Inn itself was beautiful and the food in their restaurant was delicious with mainly local delicacies. The service was incredible as they could speak fluent English and were always ready to help you if needed. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay here!"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always happy to help us. They even picked us up from the bus station and also drove us to the entrance of the mountain, which made our trip much easier. We really appreciated their kindness and great service. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also really liked the hotel’s shampoo and conditioner! hey made our hair feel so soft! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. If we come back again, we will definitely stay here again. Therefore, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"Traveling with a friend, we booked two rooms with hot spring pools. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the pools could easily fit five people without feeling crowded. The room design was very stylish, and the views from the window were stunning – a mountain spring on one side and a canyon road on the other. The downstairs restaurant was large, and the yak hot pot, cooked on a charcoal stove, was delicious. There were about seven or eight parking spaces right outside. We walked around and checked out other nearby hotels, but none seemed better. The staff service was also excellent, warm and thoughtful. The centralized oxygen supply starting at 7:30 PM made our first day there much more comfortable. If I had to mention any downsides… our shower didn't have a caddy, so shampoo and shower gel had to be placed on the floor. Also, the rooms only had projectors instead of TVs, and even with the lights off and curtains closed, the clarity wasn't great, and screen mirroring kept disconnecting."

I was even more surprised to learn that Li Xian and Yang Di have stayed here – that definitely adds to the experience! The attention to detail is excellent too; they provide oxygen equipment, which is reassuring for altitude sickness, and you can even try on ******* clothes. "Den 8 maj 2026, runt 17:30, checkade jag och mina vänner in på detta hotell efter en motorcykelresa. Runt 07:00 nästa morgon, den 9 maj, upptäckte vi att någon hade vandaliserat min väns motorcykel. Mobilhållaren var trasig och startkabeln hade klippts av, vilket gjorde att vi blev fast i Siguniangshan Town i tre timmar. Hotellchefen vägrade visa oss övervakningsfilmer och visade ingen ursäkt eller förklaring. Motorcykeln stod parkerad precis utanför hotellkomplexets entré – har de inget ansvar alls? Säkerheten var obefintlig. Eftersom vi var tvungna att åka tillbaka till Chengdu samma dag, följde vi inte upp ärendet, men det var verkligen frustrerande."
