"The location is excellent, the room is clean and newly decorated. Breakfast wasn't included, but there are many restaurants nearby. I booked a double room, but because of the construction noise next door, and with many rooms still available on Monday, the lovely staff at the front desk upgraded me to a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, to extend my stay and get a double room again, I had to pack my luggage and wait until 3 PM to check in, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was great value for money, and I would definitely return."

"The hotel service was superb! They kindly allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. On the second floor, there's a communal lounge where guests can relax and enjoy complimentary coffee and water. We stayed in the 8-person duplex room on the fourth floor, which was beautiful and very comfortable. The large TV was perfect for listening to music, and the bathroom featured a huge bathtub for a relaxing soak. During our two-night stay, they even arranged for housekeeping to tidy up, and incredibly thoughtfully, they folded our pajamas that we'd left out and placed them neatly aside. After check-out, they were happy to continue storing our luggage, and even allowed us to use their fridge to chill our dessert rolls. This was our first time staying in Yilan, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience – we loved it! 💕"

But what I found outrageous about the Loki Hotel is... For a weekend night costing over 4,000 NTD, the breakfast remarkably didn't even have fresh milk or soy milk! The breakfast selection was already very basic, but to not even have fundamental items like milk, soy milk, or even boiled eggs, was truly surprising. All in all, this was the most disappointing aspect of my stay at this hotel!"

"This hotel is right on the main street, and the public bath facilities are quite complete. I was on the 6th floor, and there's an elevator. The bathtub is a standard public bath type, and it was reasonably clean. Maybe because of the hot weather, the room was a bit warm. The mattress was okay, but I personally prefer higher pillows. It wasn't noisy and had a window. The space was large. Parking was a bit tight; the hotel parking had a 50% discount. But if you're willing to walk a bit further, there's a Times parking lot across the street that might offer more space. The popular Ikkyu-ken restaurant is also right opposite."

"The location is very convenient, right next to Jiaoxi Railway Station, but it's very quiet and peaceful. We booked two double rooms this time, and the front desk upgraded us to a very large room. "We booked Shengpin on a whim after seeing many positive reviews, and Trip.com gave us the best rate. Even over the phone, we could already sense the staff's warmth and friendliness. Upon arrival, we were informed about parking options (both paid and free). The cozy lobby decor instantly captivated our children, who couldn't wait to go upstairs. We stayed in the 'Man Man Wo' room, which featured a large bed and another substantial futon on a tatami platform – perfect for our family. My older daughter loved the hairdryer, and my younger daughter was thrilled with the bathroom. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully bright. The common area was well-equipped with water, tea bags, a coffee machine, and kitchen appliances/utensils for guests. The dining area, with its transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, was very pleasant. Though slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, it's only a 3-minute walk to Tangweigou Hot Spring Park and about 10 minutes to the main street – quite convenient! While there was some chatter from other guests in the evening (which is understandable when people are on holiday!), it generally quieted down by 11 PM. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, promptly addressing any concerns and always proactively resolving issues. We're already looking forward to our next 'return home' – we truly felt at home!"

"This hotel has brought our whole experience up a next level & setting high benchmarks for our other & future hotel experience! Room, spacious family room..thou layout a bit weird toilet one end. Bath and shower the other end. Hotsprings was a good soak daily! Rem swim caps. N the games room was amazing! Kids & even adults had so much fun. Theres even DIY activity (paid) for children! There daily afternoon tea(simple but has wine) & daily supper provided. Supper was a feast! Also like late dinner. N as for afternoon tea, we only enjoy it on 1st day of check in as remaining days we were always out. Breakfast was a wide variety too. Ample self parking space & walkable to the night market streets! Highly recommend this hotel stay."
