"The building looks majestic from the outside. The inside however is quite aged at some points. Broken things, a bit of mould etc. However the food and the staff is brilliant. Also the first place where I saw an IKEA Lack table being used in a hotel guestroom… From what I read they are renovating, but this will take a while…"

"Mycket trevligt rum med privat badrum!Det vore ännu bättre om man kunde justera vattentemperaturen (för varm) så att man kan njuta mer fullt ut. Livsmedel är också bra, stanna för 2-nights och menyn är annorlunda. Jag skulle överväga att komma tillbaka nästa gång!"

"I could only find accommodation without meals, and breakfast was charged, so I thought it would be okay to check in on the day, and went to check in. However, I was flatly refused, and was told that there were no restaurants nearby at check-out time. I entered the room with a bad impression of it being an inflexible place. It was about the size of 10 tatami mats, with a view of the forest, the bath in the room was business hotel style, and there were two bottles of water in the fridge. It can't be helped if you think of it as the room fee for Golden Week, but unfortunately I won't be coming back. I liked the quality of the water in the bath!"

"Stjärnornas första klass på natten, mycket, tydligt att se varje fläck blinka. Det är mycket snällt av personalen.1200. Vad inte förväntades, packa i morgon och kväll, ställ själv  Jag försöker göra allt jag kan för att göra frukost. Det finns en separat brännare, garderob, varmvattenberedare  Defekten är placerad i centrum  Men det kan inte. Så är det. En annan brist är att du inte har ett badrum i garderoben. Gå till kunden mer än tio steg Tjänst  Varje låda har privata sovrum  Det är bekvämt att komma nära den varma rummet."

"This is my third time here. Each time, I've stayed in a different room with a private onsen. This time, it was the Mikazuki room by the river, and the bath was a bit small, just for one person. After checking in, we quickly headed straight for the outdoor private onsen. To my surprise, three Japanese women, also clearly familiar with the place, rushed there too. We were a step behind, but about 10 minutes later, we all finished at the same time, perfectly handing off the bath to each other. The weather was great this time, with sunshine. It's a shame there was no snow, though. I'll have to come back again between January and March next time."

"I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, using the Zao Eboshi ski resort. The snowboard rental shop and convenience store were nearby, so I was happy. The food wasn't bad. It might not be the most delicious, though. The food service staff were Bangladeshi and worked hard. The hot springs were perfectly warm and lovely at night, but the open-air bath was too hot to use in the morning. It must have been around 44-45 degrees Celsius. Maybe it varies from day to day."

"The room was clean, and the public bath was new and tidy. Private bath access is free; no reservation is needed (can be used whenever no one is present). The water temperature was quite high, which soothed my feet from walking so much during the trip. A 150 yen per person per night fee applies upon check-out. On a clear day, you can easily see a sky full of stars."

"The bathtub was moldy, and the price wasn't low compared to other hotels in the area. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. The staff were friendly but didn't resolve the issues. I stayed two days in total, with one day in between, and they lied to me saying there were no rooms available. They were just trying to save on cleaning fees. I guess there aren't many Chinese people here. It's definitely not as good as some other hotels nearby, which are cheaper and have better views. This hotel is more suitable for taking photos. The furnishings are okay, but everything else is just so-so."
