"Housekeepers are wonderful but can’t say much to the lazy receptionist ladies. The old Aussie ladies at the reception are lazy and arrogant. Very bad attitude. The hotel is a real labyrinth, good luck on finding your room because no one will tell you how. They have quit often power outages. One day a good was entering every single room to take the lights card in the rooms. He said he’s working here but can you just nock the doors and wait for somebody to open the door instead of entering all rooms."

"This hotel is really close to Southern Cross Station and there's really friendly reception. The room is really clean with all the necessities. There's laundry, gym, Cafe and a small library on level 1 (I didn't use them as I am away for the whole day) I choose this place as I am aware I will be travelling with two suitcases by myself so this location is perfect for me. I don't have to go through all the trouble of dragging my luggages on to the tram or using Uber since it's only few minutes walk from the station."

"Very clean and newly renovated airport hotel, provide excellent complimentary airport transfer service on demand. Had a quiet stay with good rest, totally can't hear the noise from aircraft as is not under the flying path, although just situated less than 10 mins drive away from airport. Room amenities were sufficient and good, especially the high power hairdryer and heating bulb to keep the bathroom warm. The only downside is they did not provide any bottle drinking water, otherwise would be a perfect score!"

"Absolutely brilliant location! Close to most places or a short walk away from the rest.  Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful on checking in.  Room was great - comfy bed, good view and no issues with noise like other reviews have stated.  Air conditioning didn’t work at first as the filter is in desperate need of a clean but otherwise no issues. For the location and the price, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Absolutely loved our 2-night stay at YTI Garden Hotel The location was unbeatable -just steps away from the market and some of Melbourne's most iconic restaurants. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out with two comfy single beds and a handy little kitchen that made all the difference. Staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond, even letting us store our luggage after checkout. Perfect blend of comfort and convenience-highly recommend!"

"The place next to sea side actually good location, but the area is not the best one, it may get creepy in the night, showering facfilities need improvemnt, wifi good and working, I would not repeat this place unless I have to, but not bad place at all, good people and helpful people it is just for me"

"This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for a short stay or an overnight stopover. The price is reasonable, and it served its purpose well for a one-night rest. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was very basic, just bread with spreads, milk, and cereal which didn’t feel substantial for a hotel breakfast. The TV selection was also limited to basic channels with no entertainment options. Overall, it’s a good choice if you just need a place to rest before or after a flight, but don’t expect much in terms of breakfast or room entertainment."

"Almost everything here was great, and the staff is lovely. My only complaint is that the noise from the doors shutting loudly in the hallway is quite bad (at least on the 4th floor). It woke me up several times, and is even quite rattling during the day since the walls seem to shake whenever the doors open and close (I think the hospitality closet is also nearby so the frequency increases during those hours as well). They do provide a UE Wonderboom 3 speaker in each room which helps block out some of the noise, so that's a nice touch. Overall, very happy to be staying here and it's in great proximity to explore the charms of Fitzroy, Collingwood, Carlton, Brunswick, etc. They also did double-charge my credit card despite the reservation being prepaid, so once I caught that, I had to email and call to have that reversed, and the refund came back lower than the initial (mistake) charge due to forex conversions, so I lost a few bucks for a charge that should have never happened, which is frustrating. Still 4-stars overall though."
