"I booked a deluxe room, which had a king size bed, AC, bathtub, shower and 2 lavatories. The room as you can see is spacious for the price range. Also has a small desk near the bed if you're bringing a laptop. The service was outstanding, very friendly staff! The place is right in front of Karol G's restaurant, in provenza and is surrounded by anything you may need, from convenience stores to bars and gift shops! Would book again!!"

"This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return."

"Неплохой отель за свою цену (бронировали номер за 1250 руб.) Порадовало, что есть горячая вода (в Колумбии такое счастье есть не везде) - за это прям отдельное спасибо! В номере нет кондиционера, но есть вентилятор. Мы проживали 5 суток, мусор никто не убирал(вынесли сами), полотенца и бельё не меняли. Видимо, это только по запросу. Есть бесплатный кофе, но только утром и быстро заканчивается. Кофе вкусный. Также есть вайфай, но мы пользовались своим мобильным интернетом."

"The hotel is very nicely located, the neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. The room was thoroughly cleaned everyday. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is very simple but enough to start the day. If I go back to Medellin I will surely stay here again."
