Welcome to the Motueka Getaway!Our funky three-bedroom suntrap offers cheerful open-plan living overlooking the large yard. This house is fresh and functional, with new carpet and paint throughout. An HRV system, built-in fire place and ceiling fan help to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the seasons. A brand new heatpump/ air conditioner has been recently installed. The bedrooms include a queen, a king single and two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the lounge for added flexibility.The modern kitchen includes a double oven, microwave and gas cooktop, as well as a brand-new dishwasher.The older-style bathroom (with shower, bath and separate toilet) is perfectly clean and functional, and the laundry is an asset for longer-term guests.The property is fully fenced, and is tucked down a quiet back section.
