Everything was great, except that you cannot have a taxi pick you up at the hotel. Must be a city ordinance for old town So you have to walk with all your luggage away from Old Town.

Amazing experience at The Cloud One Gdansk. The interior is very impressive and modern. The location is perfect, everything you need is a short work away and there’s also a 24 hour shop across the street. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Top location - just in the heart of the old town of Gdansk. Spotless clean and modern. Super comfy bed and linen! Hot and clean shower, very good water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious Breakfast that changes daily, good choice from local delicacies. Highly recommended! Pet friendly. Around 20e per pet per stay!

Abbiamo fatto una sosta in questa struttura per spezzare il nostro lungo viaggio e sono felice di questa scelta. Host si trova vicino al aeroporto, il che aiuta risparmiare il tempo ed il traffico nel raggiungerlo. A 20 min di taxi dal centro della città e dal lungo mare. In mezza al verde, silenzio totale, aria fresca, gli esterni sono arredate con molta cura. Aldilà di tutte le comodità e servizi, la differenza fanno sempre le persone. Abbiamo trovato un personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Natalia e la sua collega ci hanno fatto sentire in casa cucinando sul momento del buon cibo e, visto che siamo arrivati un po’ prima dell’orario di check-in, è stata molto preziosa da parte loro la premura di accomodarci in camera prima. Grazie. Se mi ricapita di tornare a Gdansk, sicuramente mi fermerò qui.

GGästanvändareThe hotel is in a convenient location near old town and on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely furnished with a small sofa, a couple of chairs, a desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure.
We used the sauna and the pool which are in the next building over. When we went at night it was pretty busy, the changeroom is for both men/women but the showers are separated.
The hotel had plenty of street parking when we stayed so we lucked out - the hotel has paid parking for 80 PLN to park in their parkade.
We found there wasn't much near the hotel except for a handful of restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk so it is convenient enough.

TTatiana S RodionovaThe room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

The staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful.The rooms are very elegant , clean and fresh.I cant say enough about the beds , very comfortable and gave me a good night rest.They also provide some water, tea and coffee in the room.The hotel is located close to the centre so i was able to access different points of the city from that point, its at a really convenient location.Their breakfasts was really nutritious and delicious , so many options to choose from.Overall this is a cozy and and comfortable hotel and i would highly recommend to anyone visiting Gdynia!!

CClairemfalveyLocation was a bit out of the center (about 40mins walking) but would be better with a car. The bed was a double but with one very flat pillow, so I had to fold up items to plump things up/recline in bed while using computer etc. I had to ask specifically for the WiFi password (so i didn't have it the first night because they don't just give it to you). In the neighborhood there were 2 supermarkets very close and apart from the kareoke singing the place was quiet. No Air conditioning, but a standing fan was supplied. There is a very large window In the room to open to get air In.

GGästanvändareAmber hotel did not disappoint. Very speedy check-in, clean room with new and functional amenities. I liked that windows can be opened to air the room if necessary, and radiator temperature can be regulated. Nice tea cups with electric kettle - just what I needed after a winter day out. Nothing to complain about. I didn't see any shops or supermarkets anywhere near the hotel, but it's not really far from downtown. Breakfast and a cafe with a la carte menu are available in the hotel. Thank you, Trip, for competetive prices!

GGästanvändareHotellet var centralt beläget, mittemot St Marys katedral. Rummet var tyst och rent, men på den lilla sidan. Det fanns ingen luftkonditionering men fönstret kunde öppnas och det fanns en effektiv stand up oscillerande fläkt. Receptionen var öppen 24 timmar om dygnet och personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Det fanns ingen pool och vi besökte inte spaet, så jag kan inte kommentera det. Hotellet erbjöd en frukostbuffé till ett rimligt pris men det fanns så många bagerier och restauranger i närheten att vi inte utnyttjade det.

GGästanvändareThis hotel is conveniently located in the heart of old town~ whether you’re walking to cafes and bars or shopping Centre or sightseeing or the shopping mall~ it’s all nearby.
For breakfast, there’s a little restaurant tat serves great quality food. Called Stodko Stone.
You’d sometimes hear drunken tourist making a noise so I’d suggest you request a room away from the Main Street.
Remember to request all passwords to be sent to you asap in case when booking these apartment stays.
