made a reservation at the Manchurian Grand Hotel. There is a gym on the 4th floor, but it was a lie that it was free for those staying at the hotel, and they demanded to pay 50 yuan to get in. I was charged 100 yuan when I was picked up from the plane and delivered.

I am very pleased with my visit to Hailiang Plaza Hotel (Zhongshan Road Metro Station). Good location in the center. Nice, helpful staff. Good daily services and cleaning.
The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the metro station, shops, and local attractions. This made it very simple to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer.
The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was reliable and thorough, keeping the room fresh and pleasant throughout my stay.
Overall, the combination of excellent location, professional service, and friendly hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Hailiang Plaza Hotel to other travelers and would be happy to return here again.

Detta hotell var det mest tillfredsställande under vår Kinaresa. All personal var supervänlig, proaktiv och entusiastisk! Särskilt damen nummer 10 i receptionen, som var mycket effektiva på att hjälpa oss med incheckningen! Frukosten var mycket riklig, med färsk och utsökt mat! Restaurangpersonalen var också mycket trevlig! Detta är ett hotell vi definitivt kommer tillbaka till och vi rekommenderar det starkt till alla!

It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.

On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.

Alla faciliteter på det nyöppnade hotellet är mycket bra. Den nya parkeringsplatsen är också tillräckligt stor för att parkera alla rumsgäster och ger ett glas vatten vid incheckning. Det professionella golvet är också mycket ljudisolerat. Badrummet är också väldigt lätt att använda. Det är bekvämare att äta på nedervåningen. Hotellfrukosten är också rik. Det bästa är att tallriken är varm.

酒店位置在巴彥淖爾市政府對面，道路寬敞，交通便利，酒店乾淨衞生，停車位很多，大堂有免費的開水和紅茶，特別方便，酒店人員服務周到熱情，尤其是前台小李，耐心細緻解答我們的問題，這次住宿實在是太滿意了，有機會還要再過來體驗！

這次入住體驗超預期！酒店地理位置好，周邊配套齊全，停車場很大，自駕超方便。房間打掃得非常乾淨，無異味，床很舒服，睡得安穩。前台服務人員熱情禮貌，有求必應，特別貼心。提前打電話詢問客人要求，按照客人要求安排房間，辦理入住速度很快，退房非常方便，沒有按金，設施維護良好，空調、熱水都很穩定，環境安靜不嘈雜，停車場很大，處在繁華地帶，停車非常方便，早餐很全很好吃😋，蒙古餡餅非常有特色，性價比超高，值得再次入住！

TTsomo TsomikI’ve booked this hotel based on the review left by previous guests. It’s a quite nice hotel, offerred afternoon tea and breakfast. Rooms did not reek of tobacco smoke which was really good. Towels, bedsheets clean and white. Mattress is comfortable. Buffet breakfast had good selection. Front desk spoke english and mongolian. location is a bit far from everything but front desk will help you with taxi so no problem.
A couple of feedback:
- hotel did not provide bathrobes
- make forks and knives (cutleries) available. Not every non-chinese is good with chopsticks
Now, a few things for the hotel administration to fix:
- we booked a family room. During the day it was quite nice until the night we wanted to sleep. A strip lighting under the hand wash sink was flashing on and off the whole night. The light will be on for around 30 seconds and turn off for 3 second and again turn back on 😭😭😭 and that continued the whole night!! That impacted our sleep quite badly. Hotel needs to fix that lighting! I told the front desk although not sure if it was taken into account as we were checking out.
- afternoon tea seemed like a nice gesture. We were told it’s available from 2-8 PM. We went there around 4pm and snacks there were not refreshed. There were a some dried up cookie, a slice of cake that seemed like someone eaten a half of it, a couple of ripened tangerines nothing else. But had a good choice of tea, coffee and juices. Although offered for free, it seemed like we’re on someone’s leftovers and it didn’t feel nice.

Big Room, Everything I Need: The room was spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed.
Overall, a great stay.
Minor drawback: Despite being a non-smoking room, some guests were still smoking inside, leaving a lingering cigarette smell. It would be beneficial for the hotel to allocate smokers exclusively to designated smoking rooms.

PPaucassoI am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience.
I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start.
The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed.
After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend.
In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me.
I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness.
Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

GGästanvändareRummet var mycket rent. Städchefen var mycket hjälpsam. Han bytte rum åt oss, tog vårt bagage och gav oss vatten på flaska när vi bad om det. Det var en mycket bekväm vistelse. Buss 28 och tunnelbanelinje 1 går direkt till östra järnvägsstationen, som ligger närmare Hohhots järnvägsstation, bara två eller tre hållplatser bort. Det finns många bussar som tar sig dit.

XXienuomi在酒店玩得很開心，專門安排了管家張彬璐帶負責我們兩天一晚的行程安排，白天兩個島自主遊玩，晚上管家帶我們一家三口吃晚餐，結束了還陪着我們一起參加晚上的演出活動。第二天一早提醒我們看日出，由於早上下雨，送我們吃完早餐退房後安排專車師傅送我們一直到酒店停車場，總體來説酒店一家全包性價比還是挺高的，比散客舒服很多，還是比較推薦的，國慶期間人也不多。好玩的太多了，在內蒙一週裏算是最好玩的一天了，服務也超級好。當天遊玩的照片隨便看看，景色還是不錯的

JJacki4Few of the amenities listed on the listing page are available. Maybe they were at some point in the past long ago, but this hotel is far from in its prime.
There is no sauna. The ”bath center” where this was has been converted into a commercial spa for a business unrelated to the hotel.
There is no night club.
There is no ”gym” as shown in one of the pictures. I believe a lot of the pictures shown on the listing page are years if not decades old.
There is no ”boutique”. There is one tiny convenience store on the first floor.
The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. I only used it for the free breakfast which was good.
The hotel largely focuses on catering to business events. They have meeting spaces and a big ornate looking meeting space. For normal travellers, this hotel is very bare bones.
Service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The laundry is not self service. You need to pay per article of clothing for someone to take it.
The room itself lacked a minibar, functional air conditioning, or a functional safe. It was very spartan.
Would I come here again? Not for the listed price. Without any of the advertised amenities, I can't imagine this is much better than cheaper hotels in the area.
