When I checked in, the front desk told me that my room had been upgraded, and indeed it had. The mattress had been replaced with a more comfortable zero-pressure mattress, the hot water was upgraded to 24-hour continuous service, and even the showerhead in the bathroom had been replaced with a larger one. I was very satisfied with that! The breakfast was also plentiful and varied, with many choices, which was very thoughtful and convenient for business travelers like us."
