"The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

"Arrived late at night having booked a last minute deal for a 10 day room only basis, didn't expect it to be literallythat,room large and airy, great air conditioning and comfy new bed, however just that with a fridge and kettle and a rail with 5 coat hangers, no drawers to put our clothes away so had to leave them in the suitcase. Room only cleaned once in 10 days although toilet and kitchen bins emptied daily. Bathroom was quite grim, shower didn't drain very well and constantly found long black hair on the bathroom floor which had obviously backed up via the drain, as I have short blonde hair and my husband virtually none we knew it wasn't ours!Don't get me started on the toilet brush. We did have a balcony with a wonderful view of the bay so can't complain about that. The pool area was beautiful, very clean with amazing sunbeds with thick comfortable cushions, however on the couple of times it rained these soaked up the rain like a sponge so you ended up on a bed that just didn't dry out. Free clean towels to use though so that's a positive. Staff particularly the young girls in reception friendly and helpful but never once did the owner/manager seem to engage with guests. Bar and food prices expensive so only ate here a couple of times. Steep walk into lassi but the views made up for that. Had to check out at 11.30am for a pick up at 6pm. Only place you could shower and get ready was in the one shower by the pool, this and the two toilets available had no locks and accessible to anyone so my husband had to keep guard and then no area to get changed this really needs addressing. We had a fabulous holiday in lassi and would go back to liberatos if these issues were addressed but somehow don't think they will be based on previous reviews. Huge potential what could be the most perfect place to stay"

"The selling features of this hotel is first and foremost its location, followed by its outward appearance. Beyond that , the rooms are tiny and hot with no effective air conditioning , surprisingly dirty and a night desk clerk that is rude, inefficient and should be fired. The restaurant staff are lovely but the food is average"

"Vi hade det bästa i Casaly Hotel.Vi kan inte göra denna institutionens rättvisa i en enda granskning.Från det ögonblick vi checkade in till det ögonblick vi lämnade allt var underbart. Receptionspersonalen (särskild hänvisning till Martine, Katerina och Erica 🤗) är så hjälpsamma med råd om vart man ska gå.Vi hade en bil under vistelsen och de tog så mycket tid att förklara var saker var på kartan och de bästa platserna att äta. VadsApp-tjänsten är lysande, jag rekommenderar starkt att du använder den här om du går.Vi var Bed & Breakfast.Den service som Irene och Dimitri tillhandahåller på frukost är helt enkelt underbar, de är så hjälpsamma, vänliga och välkomnande. Vi hade verkligen trevligt att prata med dem varje morgon.För våra dagresor gav vi rena handdukar att ta och lånade en strand paraply.Min fru hade en massage på spaen och sa att det var fantastiskt, terapin var så bra. Hotellets plats är mycket bra.Rätt framför Argostolli så nära allt men långt nog för att vara lugn. Det finns särskilda parkeringar precis bredvid hotellet för gäster och portarerna är verkligen hjälpsamma när de hjälper dig att se till att du delar säkert. När vi kommer till Kefalonia igen (och vi kommer definitivt att vara!!) vi kommer att stanna på The Casaly för visst - det är bara utmärkt!!! Tack till all personal på hotellet för att göra ut vistelsen så minnesvärd ♥️"

"From the moment you arrive Athina makes sure that you have everything you need. She shares her mobile number and is able to assist with suggestions of where to visit and when as well as suggestions on where to eat. As well as assisting us with details for booking a boat. The apartment itself was a large, modern, very clean and very comfortable with great Wi-Fi and air conditioning. There were lovely welcoming touches and clean beach towels every day. There is free car parking directly opposite which does get busy but we didn’t have an issue with finding a space. The apartment is close to restaurants and shops but it still very quiet. The ferry to Lixouri is just close by and really east to use and a great way to get to that part of the island. Our flight home was delayed by a day and Athina was so helpful."

Katerina & Spyros were available if you ever needed anything. Full kitchen amenities, and cold still & sparkling water waiting for you on arrival. Walking distance to restaurants, with a nice view of the sunset."

"Wow! What a wonderful stay we have had in Kefalonia an absolutely stunning Island and a beautiful hotel to stay in! We had a one bedroom apartment which was great for us as a family of 4, room was cleaned daily. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, plenty of choice & things alternated each day like little quiches one day, omelettes the next. The staff were all amazing, reception, bar, at breakfast, everyone was friendly and welcoming. We had lunch a few times at the pool bar which was lovely & enjoyed the bar. The pool area is beautiful, never overcrowded, plenty of space & peaceful. We enjoyed the bbq & Greek dancing night. The views were just wow! They never tired, being in the pool looking out to the sea & other island, our balcony view, walking to breakfast it was all stunning. Yes it is on a very steep hill, we have a 4yr old & 19month so in a buggy, coming down was fine, we never actually timed it but maybe 10mins. We did tackle it up a couple of times, it was tough especially in the heat but we did say if it was just us without the kids we would have tackled it more often but cabs were only €8 coming up & worth every penny! The walk to the restaurants is probably about 15mins, plenty of choices & we never had a bad meal, choices of cocktail bars to drink in too. There is a supermarket just at the bottom of the hill too. We went to Makris Gialos beach which was about 15min walk… wow, the water was crystal clear so beautiful. If going with children don’t go in the first entrance as lots of steps to get down and back up walk along to where it says Costa Costa and is a slope so easier. We hired a car for a day which was €60 and went up the north side which was just stunning & we’re so glad we got to see more of the beautiful island. Overall such a wonderful holiday and we’d highly recommend staying here."

"Vårt andra år på det underbara Lassi Hotel.En varm välkomst väntade på oss så snart vi kom från den vackra Mema och Effi.Georgien hälsade på oss i eftermiddag med samma skumma vänskap. Vackra rum med det härliga havet och underbara solnedgångar.Rummen var oskyldig ren.Frukost hade ett bra val med färska jordgubbar varje dag.En kort promenad upp på berget tar dig till Lass där det finns många restauranger att välja från. Vi har redan bokat nästa år som vi älskar det så mycket."
