"L’emplacement pour moi était parfait, just à côté de la rivière Maggia. Just 10 minutes de la Piazza Grande en vélo ou 15 minutes à pied. toutes les chambres sont climatisées. Utomhuspool, extremt uppfriskande under kaniklarna. Kopfull frukost upp till 10 timmar och sedan hoppa restaurang ta relä. Utmärkt mat. Mycket trevlig och servicebar personal. Vi kommer tillbaka."

"Vi har valt detta hotell på grund av parkeringen (förbokning krävs) och den centrala platsen och vi har inte blivit besvikna. Mycket vänliga mottagare, rena och bekväma rum och med funktionell luftkonditionering (mycket viktigt för denna värme). Vi hade rum med balkong. Frukost var mycket rik och togs på den vackra trädgårdsterrassen med många blommor och växter. Välkommen tillbaka."

"A really nice hotel with wonderful environment located above Ascona. The ladies at the reception were very friendly although not very professional but everything was all good. What was not in order was breakfast incl. service. The rhetoric was ugly and tasted horriblely for it missed the brat spike. The coffee machine did not work properly. Instead of a capuccino, some coffee came out no longer. The breads were not fresh and the Birchermüesli was too sweet and so on. Please go to Casa Moscia (about 100m walking distance) breakfast, then you know what a superb breakfast is and how it should be. Then try the dinner there. All in your restaurant needs to be radically changed. First of all, the incompetent staff. Even if you can work with the chef of the Casa Mosca. This would be a good solution to the problem, for example."

"Vi tillbringade ett par dagar i sommar och vi gillade det så mycket, att tre av oss kom tillbaka i november för att njuta av poolen och den sena hösten i och runt Ascona med lokala vänner och familj.Personalen är mycket fridfull, kompetent och hjälpsam. Lägenheten var i perfekt form.Och som i Hapimag finns allt man behöver i köket och resten av lägenheten.Vi hoppas att komma oftare. Vi undrade bara vem som kunde ha idén att designa köket i sjukhusets gröna färg i det annars mysiga mattan röd/brun/gul/vit vardagsrum?"

"July är en upptagen tid av året och Ticino är i toppsäsong.Vi tog två anslutningsrum för vår familj.Rummen är välutrustade och bekväma.Byggnaden är lite daterad men rummens och lobbyns tillstånd är fortfarande anständigt. Rummen som står inför sjön har en fantastisk utsikt!Det är mycket trevligt att sitta på terrassen efter middag och njuta av en avslappnande utsikt över sjön.Frukost är trevlig på morgonen.Det blir så upptagen att vara lite tidigt.Vi njöt av poolen de flesta dagar. Vatten är kallt och färskt, vilket gör en trevlig vila från den varma sommardagen.Platsen är trevlig om du anländer med bil.Privat väg att nå hotellet och nära finns det många möjligheter att gå, vandra eller cykla. Det finns en stor liten park och barns lekplats några minuter att köra ner vägen mot huvudstaden.Det finns många söta och intressanta grottor nära för att njuta av en trevlig middag alfresco.Överlag njöt vi av vår vistelse"

"From the moment you arrive, you are in good hands. The service sets standards. If you love small details, you will get your money's worth. If Ascona, then Eden Roc. I would even go so far as to say that a visit to Ascona is worth it for a stay at the Eden Roc. Lake Maggiore is omnipresent in the hotel. The outdoor area is right on the shore. The service surprises with small details that put a smile on your face. Outstanding cleanliness. And a spa area that leaves nothing to be desired. With a heated outdoor pool that is still really warm and offers a play of light in the water vapor at night."

"The Jazz Hotel is a cheaply furnished hotel in a central location in Ascona. The rooms are cheaply furnished and soundproof. We booked through a reputable booking platform. For a full week's stay, we were given the worst and noisiest room in the hotel, right next to reception with loud music and opposite the breakfast room and a freely accessible coffee machine. This meant no sleeping in and no privacy. We therefore asked for a quieter room. For an additional charge of CHF 250 (!), we were able to move into the same cheaply furnished, small room on a different floor. I'm unclear as to why we were charged this extra fee; it was supposedly an upgrade. The bathroom is old and very small, so you often end up hitting yourself. The shower was very small and calcified. The breakfast room has the ambiance of a train station waiting room. The breakfast is straightforward and always the same, served carelessly with lots of ready-made products. There wasn't fresh bread, rolls, or croissants every day, and stale sausage, cheese, and Bircher muesli were offered every day. Conversation in the breakfast room was almost impossible due to the noisy refrigerated counter. This was by far the worst place I've ever spent my time in, and the price was definitely not cheap. Never again."

"Detta hotell är en absolut rekommendation från mig. Eftersom Ascona är främst präglad av envägsvägar, hittade vi inte hotellet i första hand. Receptionisten var mycket hjälpsam och ringde oss. Receptionen var mycket hjärtlig och incheckningen gick snabbt. Rummet hade en vacker utsikt över Lago Maggiore. Även rumsmännen var mycket uppmärksamma, den andra dagen hade jag på min improviserade "smakbord" en extra box Kleenex. Detta är för mig små skillnad. Även mat i restaurangen var kreativ, smakfull och varierad och servicen trots hög utmattning var snabb, vänlig och försiktig. En upplevelse som vi gärna upprepar."

"Parkhotel Delta ligger i ett tyst område i Ascona, men vi lyckades fortfarande gå till Piazza di Ascona på cirka 20 minuter och med bil kanske bara 5 minuter. Hotellet erbjuder gratis parkering för gäster och en shuttle till tågstationen och stadscentret också.Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse där och rum med de vackra bergen och landskapet utanför hotellet. Som tidigare gäster har påpekat är rummen lite föråldrade och behöver lite ny touch och uppdateringar på teknik och A/C.Frukost är mycket vad man kan förvänta sig i ett italienskt hotell med kakor, bröd, färsk frukt, juice och kallskärningar. - Tack för att du började."

"The hotel is high on Monte Verita; the view is really beautiful. The quiet location is great. The tea garden is also worth seeing. Unfortunately, at arrival we were not informed or instructed where the breakfast room was. It was not a nice reception. The information flowed more than delicate. The thin info film in the room is not complete. We could take our dog with; that was already positive. However, we received nothing for the dogs' pause; no water in the room, no dog bed, no welcome goods. On Saturday, a wedding society was found. Nothing negative, just that we did not find a parking place when we returned from dinner. There would the hotel guests have to find at least a reserved parking place? On Sunday, at beautiful weather, the table was covered for breakfast. Without questioning whether this would be OK for us... Generally unfriendly staff. The rooms without balcony with original building furniture and lamps. The bathroom is very uncomfortable. To shower you need to go practically over the toilet to get into the bathtub. The window cannot be opened. The furnace, from the last century, is also expected to be accualized. All in all simply lacks a quantine style and enthusiasm."

Although the hotel was partially renovated, I didn't miss anything and I really enjoyed learning how sustainability is practiced in the hotel.
