"The staff was friendly and great to interact with. The food at breakfast was also yummy. They had cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy that were very good. The pool and hot tub area was colorful but could definitely use some attention as they both had dirty sides and standing water surrounding building up alge. The beds were comfy and clean and our room trash and towels was emptied and replenished and bed made each day while there. There was some black mold on the ceilings in the bathroom and chaulk was used as grout on the corners of the tile in the bathroom we stayed in so looked cheap and not done well."

2 bedroom (1 queen and 1 full size) apartment with 1 bath. Perfect for a short stay right in Athens. Very recently remodeled with wood and tile. All new furniture and new comfortable beds. Free parking for 3 cars right in front. Free washer and dryer in apartment. Our full kitchen will barely be used as we are located steps off of the main strip business district with many restaurants in walking or quick driving distance. FREE WIFI, FREE Washer/Dryer, FREE off street parking for 2 cars plus a garage. Ohio University's campus, the bike path, Larry's Dawg House (yum, seriously!), Little Fish Brewery (way cool), Whites Mill (got to see it), all at or under a mile away! Also located close to the OhioHealth O'Bleness Hospital and Cornwell Health Center campus.
We are about 1 block from the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway. Ride your bike there, no car needed. This is also a great walking and hiking pathway that goes for miles. We are also very close to the Little Fish Brewery, ride you bike there, walk or drive. Very easy. Larry's Dog House, the iconic hot dog, lunch, dinner, soft serve milk shake haven is one half block away!
There are two dedicated outdoor parking spaces plus a garage for your use. If you are bringing bikes, the garage makes perfect storage or use it as an extra parking space.
We provide a coffee service with a Keurig machine and a Mr. Coffee brewer. Bring your own coffee or try ours.
There is a small private deck in back to hang out. The TV is located in the living room and is a state of the art smart flat screen with Hulu.
The bedrooms have black out curtains for your sleeping pleasure. Our furniture and mattresses are new.

The city bus stops on the main street from the townhouse, about 50 steps away. The bike path is about 1 block away. Athens city has smart parking meters so there is almost always parking, bring your quarters. Uber and Lyft are fast and just a couple of dollars to the University. Ohio University is 3 minutes away. Free WIFI. Townhouse with three bedrooms. 1 King Bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath down. Complete kitchen with full size appliances and dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, etc. VERY clean with new mattresses and furniture. The king bedroom is a master-suite with one of the full bathrooms and door that completely separates from other 2 bedrooms (also has walk in closet). Garage is yours plus two parking spots in front. Living room has a Roku TV, channels. Super nice townhouse, the whole townhouse is yours. 1 master suite with king comfy mattress, walk in closet and full bath with shoer, no bath tub. and door that closes and locks. If you are looking for a fun and funky throwback comfortable experience in Uptown Athens just one block away from Court Street, this three-story walk-up attic apartment is perfect for you. Our attic apartment includes an open living room, dining area, and kitchen space to enjoy. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking full meals or reheating leftovers from your favorite Athens eateries. Enter the space via the outdoor 3 story steps into an office area with a bonus twin bed. The apartment has a tight, practical, fully stocked bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet. Two private bedrooms offer a comfortable and quiet place to rest during your stay. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second one has a double bed. The stay offers 2 free onsite parking spaces with nearby paid parking options for an additional car. Note: UCM is a nonprofit not affiliated with the nearby university. Note: There are cameras on the exterior of the building, facing each of the non-apartment entrances, as well as one facing the parking lot. The Ohio University Convocation Center is hiking distance, as is the football stadium, Ohio University and downtown Athens. FREE WIFI and FREE parking for up to 4 cars. McDonalds, and other fast food is very close by, as is a hardware store. The house is on the Athens transit route and we have Uber and Lyft. The house is a historic Sears kit house built in 1939 and recently extensively remodeled. We have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for for your use only. Also, we have free wireless, cable and a flat screen tv in the living room. There are some games, dvds and books in the living room. If you start a book and like it, feel free to take it. The entire house is is yours except for the basement which is reserved for heat/air and utilities management. Check out our front porch! A firehouse is several doors down for your protection. Self serve car wash next door. Local family owned hardware store is half a block away. On easy bus route for transportation or call a locally owned cab. Great location! We own the car wash so you can park next to the house on either side and not risk being towed. Several small cab companies will wisk you to your destination cheaply and the house is located on the transit bus route. Walking is possible but uptown is a hike. I used to hike it when I went to college here but it may not be for you. Close to Ohio University and inside the city limits of Athens, Ohio. We are 1 of only 4 legal short term rental houses in Athens. Our fully legal status means that we are safety inspected by the city of Athens Code Office.
