"Mycket värde för priset. Rummen är bra, lite gamla men rena. Väggarna är mycket tunna, bara vara medveten.Han hade fortfarande en bra natt att sova. Frukost är bra men mycket grundläggande, förvänta dig inte lyx. Ännu en gång får du vad du betalar. Folk är super trevliga, bra service, det gör vistelsen 5 stjärnor."

"This is a really lovely place: a working cherry farm, a little way outside Avignon. You do need a car. The building is old (18thC?) and our room was large and thoughtfully appointed. It included a fridge and air-conditioning. And a wonderful, high ceiling with exposed beams. It had a double aspect and we could see over the grounds. These include two swimming pools, one of which is glorious with a basking area. It was jolly hot, so we appreciated this. The breakfast was very good and varied with a choice of breads and pastries, ace yoghurt, cheeses, home made jams, fruit etc. You could stay some time and not get bored of it. Also - and we weren’t aware of this - there’s a whole range of beers and wines to drink on the delightful terrace plus you can get a plate of cheese or meats and there seems to be another dish available. Had we stayed longer, we’d have tried more than a couple of beers. The couple who run it are very helpful and pleasant too. It’s a lovely place to stay. And could be a centre from which to explore the whole area, not just Avignon."

"Jean-Luc är den mest välkomnande värd.Han tillåter oss att checka in tidigt och hade luftkonditioneringen i vårt rum redan stängt av för att kyla ner den.Kvadratrummet självt är rymligt och bekvämt. Frukost fylls med ost, kallskärningar och pastor (och en order att avsluta allt!!).Jean-Luc gav oss också mycket hjälpsamma restaurangrekommendationer (särskilt Le 46)."

"It’s a like a little pot of gold in centre of Avignon. Not straight forward to find on Avignon little streets. When you find it you will be rewarded with a very warm welcome from Jean Luc. A very comfortable room and King bed awaits you. A quiet guest lounge with games is welcomed in the heart of Avignon. Wonderful breakfast all resulted in great stay for us."

Cocooning Avignon

"We had the most delightful stay at Cocooning. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs apartment, and our friends (another couple) stayed in the downstairs apartment. The furnishings were lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the artwork (mostly the creation of the owner, Michele), was stunning. Michele was an amazing host, and she helped us with dinner reservations, booking a taxi, and offering general tips and recommendations. If/when we return to Avignon, we will definitely stay at Cocooning again!"
