"Good location with wonderful beach walks. Always greeted with genuine smiling faces by all members of staff. Very nicely appointed large bedrooms, soft furnishings, limited toiletries (take your own) everything changed and cleaned daily. Lovely pool with comfortable beds, mattresses and free pool towels. (downside was the entertainment team would insist playing rap music to an much older audience who would have preferred something more appropriate) Beds available on the beach (paid locally) for those who prefer to be on the sand. Breakfasts were outstanding and special mention to the *egg* ladies who were delightful and so accommodating. Also worthy mentioning was the *fresh fruit * young lady. The whole of the catering, bar, table staff were very attentive and a credit to the hotel as was the reception team. This remains our favourite hotel as it provides us with everything we need and would recommend it highly Thanks to all the team at the Ocean Bay Hotel for making our holiday memorable. Room 120"

"Hotellet är absolut visuellt fantastiskt.Gränserna upprätthålls väl av några av de hårdaste arbetstagarna du någonsin kommer att träffa!Rummen hålls obegränsade av hushållspersonalen.Det är också i en underbar plats som ser Atlanten. Frukost är en sorts engelsk frukost men lite saknar man även om det är riktigt bra.När du kommer, Billy är din gå till mannen. Han hjälper så mycket med begäran om hjälp och hittade till och med en bil som tar oss ut för halva priset på en taxi.Om du använder honom är hans efternamn lycklighet och en säker och betydande förare."

"I am disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite it being a quiet season, the management showed zero flexibility when I requested to move my check-in date by just one day. When I finally arrived, exhausted after a long journey, things only got worse. I paid extra for a "Sea View" room, only to find that the view is mostly blocked by another building. To top it off, the air conditioning is faulty—it shuts down every 10 minutes, making it impossible to rest in the heat. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told there was no one to help and that I would have to wait until the morning to "maybe" speak with a manager. For the price paid and the "extra" charges for the view, this is unacceptable. Poor service and even poorer maintenance. Avoid."
