"Hotel facilities: the best ever in Penang !! Got Kidz game room, our own private pool, gym, karaoke & etc. The breakfast's choice also quite a lot n tasty. Check in: Got really long queue during weekend, but the staff at counter handled it well. Staff: Very polite and helpful. Plus the staff at check in counter very thoughtful and give us free upgrade!! so, we got ourselves a whole sea view. So pretty!! Thank you Lexis!! Location: Very exclusive. However, during peak hour, it kindly hard to exit from the hotel. Should have guard taking care the traffic. Room: cleanliness 8/10, the bed very clean. it just the private pool area a bit dirty but understandable."

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location is abit far from Georgetown but it’s quite convenient, with several restaurants and cafés nearby, so finding good food was easy. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang. I would be happy to return again on my next trip."

"Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment. "Overall, the stay was pleasant and everything was quite good. The room was comfortable and I was satisfied throughout my stay. The only issue was that I found a cockroach just before checking out, which was unexpected. Hopefully, housekeeping can pay more attention to this in the future."

"Jag väljer detta hotell eftersom vi har ett flyg tidigt på morgonen och de tillhandahåller pendelbuss till flygplatsen som ligger 5 minuter bort. Jag hade inga problem med att sova gott efter en lång promenad i Penang. Men mina föräldrar har klåda och kan inte sova gott hela natten från madrassen. Jag antar att föräldrar kan vara lite känsliga. Så jag hoppas att de förbättrar renlighetsdelen! Annars är jag nöjd med deras service!"
