"Hotel facilities: the best ever in Penang !! Got Kidz game room, our own private pool, gym, karaoke & etc. The breakfast's choice also quite a lot n tasty. Check in: Got really long queue during weekend, but the staff at counter handled it well. Staff: Very polite and helpful. Plus the staff at check in counter very thoughtful and give us free upgrade!! so, we got ourselves a whole sea view. So pretty!! Thank you Lexis!! Location: Very exclusive. However, during peak hour, it kindly hard to exit from the hotel. Should have guard taking care the traffic. Room: cleanliness 8/10, the bed very clean. it just the private pool area a bit dirty but understandable."

"Jag stannade här under en affärsresa i Penang och det var ett bra val.Platsen är mycket bekvämt bara tio minuter från flygplatsen, vilket gjorde ankomst och avresa riktigt lätt. Lägenheten själv var rymlig och bekväm, särskilt det stora vardagsrummet som var perfekt för avkoppling efter arbetet.Köket och badrummet var fullt utrustat med allt jag behövde, vilket gjorde att boendet kände mycket som hemma. Bedan förtjänar en särskild hänvisning till det ärligt talat en av de mest bekväma jag någonsin har sovit i. Jag älskade verkligen stället i stort.Den enda lilla förbättring jag föreslår är att lägga till en sängsida eller bordslampa i sovrummet, eftersom belysningen där kan vara lite mer bekväm och praktisk. Jag skulle definitivt stanna här igen."

"Jag väljer detta hotell eftersom vi har ett flyg tidigt på morgonen och de tillhandahåller pendelbuss till flygplatsen som ligger 5 minuter bort. Jag hade inga problem med att sova gott efter en lång promenad i Penang. Men mina föräldrar har klåda och kan inte sova gott hela natten från madrassen. Jag antar att föräldrar kan vara lite känsliga. Så jag hoppas att de förbättrar renlighetsdelen! Annars är jag nöjd med deras service!"

"Overall experience staying is good. Toiletries were provided but no toothbrush & toothpaste. Toilet is only available at the lower level, we had to go downstairs every time to go to toilet, a bit inconvenient especially at night. We stayed for 3D2N and housekeeping only seemed to replace the towel/toiletries as the bed was not made up on the 2nd day. Parking is free but you need to pay RM50 deposit for the parking access card. Good thing is, just opposite the hotel there’s a mamak spot, can lepak & ngopi at night"
