"Det bästa hotellet jag någonsin bott på. Det är perfekt beläget mellan Benidorms busstation och Poniente-stranden, bara 10–15 minuters promenad från båda. Gamla stan ligger också cirka 15 minuter bort, så du kan enkelt ta dig överallt till fots. Personalen är otroligt vänlig, precis som så många andra i Spanien. Och maten… helt fantastisk. Allt är utsökt och utbudet överträffar förväntningarna. Under dagen finns det gott om aktiviteter att njuta av, tillsammans med både inomhus- och utomhuspooler. Rummen och balkongerna är rymliga, och det finns till och med en tvättgalge på balkongen, kom bara ihåg att ta med klädnypor. Jag har redan rekommenderat Benidorm och Port Fiesta Hotel till mina vänner, och jag kommer definitivt tillbaka."

"Fantastiskt resort utanför Benidorm.Vi stannade på Level och hade ett stort rum med terrass och tillgång till loungen för snacks och drycker inklusive alkohol. Vårt sovrum omfattade ett sittområde, ett klädområde och klänningar och slipsar med ritualer i badrummet.Komplexet var fantastiskt inkluderat ett spa/gymområde och sitter på en golfbana. Vi gick till Benidorm som tog ungefär en timme med breda och säkra fotvägar.Vi hade ett halvbordspaket och det var definitivt ett bra alternativ eftersom frukost hade så mycket val med färsk produkt och en äggstation. Mat inkluderade många val och färskt kött/fiskstation."

"We just spent 5 days at the Grand Luxor resort and village, what a hidden gem. We stayed in one of the two bed villas, it was beautifully peaceful and quiet, amazing views from the upstairs balcony overlooking the towns skyline which was only a 10 minute taxi ride. It was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen, free high speed wi-fi, 3 TVs in the villa all with UK channels. Air conditioning, A helpful and friendly housekeeping team that could not do enough for you. We had our own small pool that was cleaned daily, perfect to cool off.. there were also 5 other lovely pools on the villa complex. The hotel resort and grounds were very well kept, again very clean with two large pool areas, the hotel was modern and finished to a high standard and always smelt lovely. A vast selection for breakfast so something for everyone. The villa was perfect for us, before the start of the season, so peaceful and quiet just what we wanted. The hotel would be ideal for children and families as it has so many facilities and so close to Terra Mitica with free tickets into the theme park. We will definitely be going back."

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"We stayed on the 18th floor the view was outstanding reading reviews before we left made me think what the hell had I booked but on arrival the staff was amazing we arrived at 2am and check in was fast the lovely man on the dest that night went into storage and got bucket and spades for my younger boys to play with on the beach the next morning.i normally have terrible sleep unless I'm in my own bed but I had lovely sleep the whole week the pool was amazing for cooling down after a walk into old town or to the beach all staff were lovely and helpful only down fall was no Aircon but fans were provided in the room we can't wait to go back in October as the apartment is in the perfect location for amazing restaurants and not too far to old town where our family live"

"great hotel close to the old town poniente side ten mins walk to the beach hotel its self is lovely and all the staff are great i had a single room very clean but all the hotel is very clean mainly spanish so the food and entertainment is geared that way but no problem to me great pool and bar spaces because its in a slightly more residential area there are no views but its fairly quiet around here there are a few local bars restaurants and little squares i got dropped of by the yellow submarine so wall towards the old town a little and take the road by the taxi rank on the left and walk up the road to pescados flores and go down the road opposite you can see the purple sign for the hotel police station opposite to walk to levante beach is about 15 and the strip is about 20 mins walk there was some realy nice people staying there both Spanish and English i enjoyed the food bar was great would i return i thik yes there was solo travellers couples and families im aged 67 but never felt out of it"

"Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process. The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling. Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!"
