"We had one night stop over in Johannesburg after an overnight flight from the UK before our Safari. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly allowing us to check into our room in the morning. We had a very spacious room with a brilliant view over the lake. the room was very comfortable with everything that you needed. The food at the hotel was exceptionally good and freshly cooked for each meal. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It’s very comfortable, very relaxing and great value."

"The bed was not comfortable, we slept with the key outside our door because we couldn’t remove the key on the door. The receptionist says she calling maintenance but left without seeing anyone. The bed makes so much noise."
