"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff. I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!"

Förutom att vara lite frustrerad, var det inte mycket.Men i mitt första rum fungerade inte TV. Dessutom kunde jag aldrig komma in till sidodörren och var alltid tvungen att gå runt.Var detta en hemsk plats att stanna?Nej...men vänta inte mycket."

"It was a clean hotel, although it was a little far from the city. The receptionist was very helpful, but the hair dryer was broken and they didn't have a replacement, so it was disappointing that I couldn't use it at all. I wish they had checked first to make sure it worked properly."
