Du kan gå till tågstationen, till det gamla shoppingområdet ... Du är 15 minuter bort med trams till Guggenheim.Tack igen för en så vacker vistelse - kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka."

"There were major difficulties with check-in. I never received the check-in instructions, even though I had completed the required pre-arrival registration (which is mandatory before arrival!). I had to make phone calls and wait outside for half an hour because I couldn’t get inside. The room had only one ceiling window that couldn’t be covered. The soundproofing was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel ‐ it was a bad experience"

Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och glada att titta på min bagage för en extra natt efter att jag checkade ut.Bra vistelse - mycket rekommenderat."

"You can walk to Bilbao city center and the Guggenheim Museum, and even jog along the Bilbao river in the morning. The view is great and the breakfast is decent. It's friendly and clean. The only downside is that parking is a bit expensive. Nevertheless, being in front of the stadium offers a good night view and it's quiet."

"Bad hotel, did not get the room that was advertised. It was half the size. I know this because we knew someone who had the same room style booked and their room was bigger. Trip.com weren’t aware of this. Didn’t know they had the wrong photos up for the room. We basically stayed in a room the size of the bed with no room to move around.. Put in a complaint only got $100 back. Via trip.com This will be the main reason I never book through trip.com again"

"⭐☆☆☆☆ As a solo female traveler, my concern was never about money. It was about safety. During my stay, another guest repeatedly attempted to access my room late at night upon returning to the property and again around 6:00 a.m. while leaving. This was not a single mistaken knock. The guest repeatedly manipulated and aggressively tried my door handle. In the morning alone, this occurred approximately five times. Being awakened by someone repeatedly attempting to enter your room is alarming under any circumstances, especially when traveling alone. When I raised these concerns, my focus was entirely on guest safety. I never requested a refund, compensation, or any financial consideration. My correspondence reflects that my concern was that I felt unsafe and was afraid to leave my room. What I found most disappointing was the property's response to my review. Rather than addressing the safety concerns I raised, the response publicly suggested that the other guest was merely knocking because I was playing music. This is categorically false. I was asleep in bed and no music was playing. The response also suggested that I wanted a refund, which is equally false. At no point did I request a refund. Reasonable people can disagree about the cause of an incident. What they cannot do is change the facts of what was reported. My review was based on my actual experience as a paying guest. I felt unsafe, I reported it, and instead of addressing those concerns, I was blamed for them and publicly accused of motives I never had. Future travelers, particularly solo travelers, can draw their own conclusions. I can only speak to my experience, and my experience was that my safety concerns were dismissed and then misrepresented after the fact."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. It’s very close to the Metro and in the Old Town area. About 20 minutes walk from The Guggenheim which maybe is one of the ‘must sees’ when you visit Bilbao. The room is small, a bed, desk, hanging space. En suite toilet and shower. It’s basic , clean accommodation close to lots of restaurants and bars. It could be noisy from the street. I didn’t hear anything but I’m a sound sleeper. Staff were friendly and helpful."
