"Hotellet ligger mycket nära stadens centrum. Staden är ganska gångbar, så det finns ingen anledning att använda kollektivtrafik. Personalen är supervänlig och tillmötesgående. Rummen är rena och moderna och en bra storlek. Vi valde inte alternativet frukostbuffé men vi har sett det. Den kostar fjorton euro och har en stor variation och ser bra ut: flera varma rätter, frukt och de mest grundläggande och allmänna frukostvarorna du kan äta. Den har ett allrum med en TV. Den inbjuder dig att stanna ett tag och har en mycket bra atmosfär. Hotellet har ingen parkering, och det är lite jobbigt att navigera i staden, men hotellpersonalen kommer att förse dig med massor av information baserat på dina planer och behov. Du kan använda ett reserverat vadställe för att checka in och lossa."

"A stunning stylish hotel, and one of the leading hotels of the world. It’s highly recommended and an amazing building with very little to criticise. However a meal in the bar ingles was both expensive and disappointing. If you get room 206 beware of the dodgy toilet door that at first is amusing then quickly becomes frustrating. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the glass elevator is something to behold especially when you consider how it’s fitting into an old building."

"This is an amazing hotel. It has been renovated to an incredibly high standard. The rooms are well furnished with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has some of the best towels I have come across in a hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff made us feel so welcome and were super helpful. Our waitress at diner was so lovely. The food was amazing, the quality and the presentation were first class. Don’t eat too much too early in breakfast as choices kept coming and were freshly cooked. It was a wonderful experience and comes highly recommended."

"We booked a Double Room but were given a Standard Room with a bed far too small for two people. The room and bathroom clearly didn’t match the advertised category. The difference was noticeable in comfort and layout. This is misleading and disappointing. We’ve requested a refund for the price difference but have yet to receive a fair resolution. Would not recommend booking here unless the hotel improves transparency and honors room categories as advertised."
