"Vi bor i en sjösjukhus.Det är fantastiskt att se sjön från rummet.Jag kom tidigt, men jag registrerade mig och var nöjd med frukttjänsten. Rummet är stort och lyxigt, men jag kan inte förneka att det är gammalt.Jag är rädd att det är svårt att öppna en låda och använda en stol.Särskilt kvaliteten på sängen är dålig, min man säger att min kropp är skadad.Frukost är en restaurang som är riktad mot sjön, självhjälp, jag har valt huvudrätten. Maten är smakfull och servicen är trevlig.Om jag kan komma en dag, vill jag bo i poolen några nätter."

"My wife and I stayed here on vacation in July 2024, and really loved this place. The rooms are large and comfortable, and we loved the balcony overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is a highlight for us....it was a beautiful setting for breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend this restaurant, it is away from the hustle/bustle of lakeside, the food and service are outstanding, and the setting is just really beautiful at sunset. Our waiter Denis was funny, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful....felt like an old friend. This is a quick walk down to the lake, it was really nice to have a quiet place to retreat to during the day. We highly recommend taking the e-bikes to Vintgar Gorge, the ebikes made this an easy ride and the trip is beautiful. The staff here are helpful and accommodating, the breakfast that is included is really good and has a ton of options, the food is all local and sustainable. For dinner--you must try the truffle pasta. We had it twice in three days it was that good. We can't recommend this place more highly!"

"We recently returned from a 4 night stay at Veldes B&B and had a wonderful time! We had a triple panoramic room - modern bathroom, plenty of room, 3 x comfy beds and a balcony. The whole building is fabulous - modern but in keeping with the environment with wood and alpine decor. Breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of choice and a lovely welcome from Christina each morning. We found the owners Robert and Nataša to be very friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice and tips on the local area. It’s about a 20 min walk into town or the lake, which we found no problem (although there is also a bus) and walking distance to the Vintgar Gorge carpark where the shuttle picks you up. We could definitely have stayed longer! Key highlights for us were walking round Lake Bled (lots of photo stops), Ojstrica viewpoint, a morning visit to Lake Bohinj, half day in Ljubljana, Vintgar Gorge and time at the lake swimming and paddle boarding. All in all, a fantastic stay. I have already recommended Veldes to friends and would certainly stay again. An amazing first visit to a Slovenia and Lake Bled. Thank you!"

"We were greeted by the host, who showed us around the villa, explaining tv, wifi, kitchen and bathroom functions. He also spent time with local tourists maps and leaflets advising on things to do in the immediate and more distant areas. This was very helpful, making our visits far more enjoyable. The villa itself is very spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Ample parking is also available on site. The location is close to Lake Bled (5 minute walk) as well as bars, restaurants, fresh bakeries, supermarkets and other facilities."

There is a super relaxed calming vibe and the whole place is really well kept and clearly has a great team looking after it. The breakfast in the morning was great with plenty of choice. It is brilliantly positioned for some exploring but out the way enough that it feels like you're more secluded. Very much love this place."

"We stayed here for four nights. Beautiful and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. It is located in the fraction of Selo, a small rural bourg just minutes from the center of Bled. Ideal for quietness. A street takes 10 minutes walk to the lake. Not just in the center, it takes 10 minutes more, but the walk is worth it and very feasible. Once on the lake there is a restaurant where we eat well. Most friendly and available owners. Lorenzo recommend"

"Vad vi älskade: Den dam som checkade in oss (jag tror att hennes namn är Tina) var utmärkt på allt hon gjorde.Inte bara arbetade hon på receptionen, hon arbetade också i baren på kvällarna och också i frukostrummet! Det är en vacker och våra båda rum har balkonger.Luftkonditioneringen var effektiv.Utsikten över bergen och omgivande områden från balkongen och hotellet som helhet är fantastisk.Fri parkering och vi har alltid ett utrymme. Utmärkt standard för daglig hushållning.Andra saker att notera: Det skulle ha varit mycket bra att ha en restaurang på plats, eftersom det inte finns några lokala butiker eller restauranger i det omedelbara lokala området.Du måste köra eller gå ner till Bled Lake. Det finns ingen hiss i detta hotell, och vi kämpade med våra väskor på check-in och check-out."
