"It would be very comfortable if you can speak Chinese, Thai, or Lao. The soundproofing of the rooms is not perfect, so perhaps that's why earplugs are included as amenities, which is a unique feature. It's clean and the service is satisfactory. It would have been perfect if the room had a refrigerator and a toilet-shower."

"The place is clean room is spavious even in my room equipped with fridge and single washing machine handy for me to do self laundry. The staff doesnot know English but instead understand Mandarin Chinese. The host owner lady is very friendly and will support you with information to local amenities and direction to thr train station or to the local bus station one bonus is they offef free shuttle service to/from Chins-Laos border checkpoint and hotel place. I would recommenf when staying in Boten."

"A good hotel in Boten. The onsen was not filled with water, maybe because it was December. The room was new, high-tech and clean. Amazing bed and sleep. The staff could speak a little bit of English, but they tried their best and it all worked out in the end. Free shuttle to the train station."

"Det är inte något fel på hela vägen från högtjärnsvägen till utrymmet.Hans hus kommer att vänta på mig vid stationen i förväg beroende på din tid att komma till stationen.Han ser hotellets transportbil långt borta.Jag tar emot föraren på vägen.Du kan inte tro att du inte kan göra det utan honom.Rummet är stort och rent. Jag gillar särskilt hans hemmade champagne och tvätt, tvätt är bra, håret är smidigt och slipsen är engångsålder, men jag tog bort den, inte som engångsåldern, smaken av champagne är interkontinental, jag hörde att det var chefens smak att välja den anpassade, älskling! Det luktar väldigt luktigt.Nästa gång måste vi bo i hans hus."

"Excellent location, very brand new hotel, very comfortable to stay, and excellent services, with free clothes washing provided. The manager Lady is very nice and friendly and very helpful. There are free self preparing tea sets and tables with free tea leaves provided too. The hotel provides free transport to the border and the train station. There are many good Chinese restaurants just around the corner, and there is a big supermarket just nearby, and many small groceries shops nearby too."

"사장님이 픽업, 드럽 해주셔서 너무 고맙고 안전했다. 또 승강기가 있어 편리했고 숙소뷰도 좋았다. 숙소에서 3분거리에 과일가게, 식당이 있고 5분거리이내에 편의점도 있다. 혼자라 술 한잔 못했지만 친구랑 동료와 온다면 가벼운 술자리도 좋다. 중국어, 중국돈, 위챗 모두 사용된다. 그리고 중국인들이 영업하는 곳이 더 믿음직스럽고 저렴하다. 다음에 또 육로로 라오스를 간다면 이곳에 머물 것이다. 건물은 오래되었지만 시설은 별문제가 없다. 물도 잘 나오고."

"Hotel offers airport/train pickup. But my request to pickup via Trip.com was overlooked. However, the staff services were great and helpful. They offered drop off at the Laos border customs on checkout and call forward to my next destination hotel. There is a serious issue that the management needs to look into. My room had strong cigarette smell and when I asked for nonsmoking room, I was told there is non available! I had a serious headache caused by the cigarette smoke smell despite I opened the window through out the night!"
