"Från ankomsten till detta vackra hotell var vi varmt välkomnade av receptionisten - vårt rum var redo tidigt så check in var snabb och snabb. Vi hade bokat Dracula suiterummet och det var definitivt inte besviken / det har wow faktorn med stor och super bekväm säng. Hårtorkare och massor av handdukar i ett vackert dekorerat badrum, deras är en säkerhet i rummet och kylrummet var också bröd varm, eklig dekoration för att matcha Dracula inspirerade temat. Medan rumet hade böjt fönster och du kan se staden - utsikten från fönstret som ledde till rummet är spektakulär - slottet i full utsikt.Hotellet ligger i byn inom 5 minuters promenad till butiker och barer och caféer. Castle är en tio minuters promenad.Frukost i nästa dörr och var också eklig som jag älskade. Min enda kommentar är att ha en te- eller kaffefabrik i rummet skulle vara trevligt men det är inte en affärsbrytare eftersom det finns massor av kaféer och barer att gå till, och se denna vackra stad..Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera och skulle stanna här igen. "Everything looks good, the design of the guest house, the materials that the house was made of, inside and outside. Nothing to say, nothing to complain about. I was pleased to see all of these, especially the restaurant from the base floor. But all of these good things remained in the past, as our room was not cleaned until the day before we leave. The garbage bins were overflowing and we had to deposit the rest of the remains in paper bags on the balcony. Dont get me wrong the balcony was quite a view... One night half of the guest house had an incident on the electric panel and we didn't have hot water until 10 o'clock next day. Combined with some very annoying lack of napkins and salt at the tables, lack of supervising in the restaurant, the late coming of the person who brought our meal, we changed our first opinion in time to what i write to you now. Everything because they didn't employ more personnel."

"Vi var mycket glada över vår vistelse.Damen vid incheckningen var vänlig, hjälpsam och professionell.Rummet var rent, modernt (i en alpin chalet design), lagrad med toaletter, och kylskåpet hade en liten frys (stor för att frysa våra ispaket). Det är en kort promenad till några restauranger och caféer, och bokstavligen runt hörnet från slottet."

"- balcony was common with transparent fence between room, the neighbors can look into your room. I needed to close the curtains when we slept or change. - bathroom booth so small that I had to struggle to move the hands. And I am only 173cm height, fit. I could not put my hand from elbow to fingers horisontally into the booth (so max or less than 40 cm width) - we booked room with matrimonial bed, but we received a room with 2 beds of 80 cm width, each bed. Unpleasant staying especially because of the bed (which I specifically asked for, before) and that neighbours could look into our room and we had to close the courtains during night/morning... basically all the time. I recommend they change their approach: - respect the booking and call and anounce if it is changed - offer intimacy, neighbors should not see into others' room - make nice bath booths, not for children (not 40 cm width)"
