"I loved the view, and the horses in the morning in the ocean, they come from 4;30 till 7:30. We had no mosquitoes problems and no bugs! Amenities are great, we received bottle warer everyday and a welcome snack in the room on arival! service was poor expecially at the restaurant! The towel/beach boy was very friendly and advised us on local spots to visit! On arival our room was not freshly cleaned. The floors were sandy and hair on the towels/ on the bed and under pellow! The shutter in the hall way was broken and made a load noise all the time with the wind! Internet connection was very poor, oir welcome snack plates and someone elses drinking glasses was left outside our room on the floor sunday afternoon till Tuesday night late! Also saw another rooms plate with food in it monday till tuesday in the hall way! This hotel is very central situated"

"The main issues during our stay involved the bathroom, appliances, and furniture. There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming through the shower vent that smelled like a septic tank backup. The toilet also was not flushing properly, and the water pressure appeared to be the problem. We often had to flush the toilet multiple times to get a proper flush. The plumbing at the bathroom sink was also poorly positioned. The facet was too close to the back of the sink, causing water to constantly spill or collect onto the countertop. Several of the appliances and furnishings were also in poor condition. The ironing board was not functional and could not be used. The bed pillows were very worn out and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The living room couch was also extremely worn. The cushions were so worn down that sitting on the couch felt like sitting on a beanbag or something similar. Additionally, the pull-out bed inside the couch was not suitable for sleeping and was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of our stay and should be addressed to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience."

"Convenient location for the places I needed to visit. Less than 10 mins in most cases. Rooms were relatively quiet although the resident dog intermittently barked for some time but eventually stopped. The room was clean and the host was responsive and welcoming and provided additional help and services. There was cold and hot shower, toiletries and a small bottle of water although it seemed I accidentally got two. I did not notice any coffee or tea bags but I did not enquire as my stay was short. I used their taxi service and Michael, the driver is a great guy. Almost like we were old friends catching up after several years."

"Dessa lägenheter ligger i ett blygsamt bostadsområde, och därför inte nära restauranger, butiker eller barer.Carlisle Bay strander är ungefär en tio minuters promenad.Jag hittade lägenheten ganska ren och bekväm. Det blev ganska varmt på soliga eftermiddagar eftersom det inte fanns någon AC utom i sovrummet.Lägenheten var utrustad med standardutrustning som kaffebryggare, kylskåp, gasugn/ugn och grundläggande köks- och skåpskåp. Ägaren var mycket responsiv och boende."

"Even after requesting room cleaning, it wasn't finished when I returned. The evening restaurant isn't buffet-style, making meal choices difficult. With few dining options nearby, I wished the restaurant meals had more variety. The hotel also lacks a convenience store, forcing many guests to go to a nearby gas station just to buy drinks. Given the reasonable price point, I should have stayed at the Hilton a bit further south instead."

"De viktigaste frågorna under vår vistelse innebar badrummet, apparater och möbler.Det fanns en stark, obehaglig lukt som kom genom duschen som luktade som en septisk tank backup. Toaletten fluskade inte heller ordentligt, och vattentrycket verkade vara problemet.Vi var ofta tvungna att fluscha toaletten flera gånger för att få ett riktigt fluss. Blyfälgen på badrummets dyk var också dåligt placerad.Facet var för nära baksidan av dyken, vilket orsakade att vatten ständigt sprängs eller samlas in på mottoppen. Flera av apparaterna och möblerna var också i dåligt skick.Järnbrädan var inte funktionell och kunde inte användas.Bäddskuddar var mycket klädda och obekväma, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova bekvämt. Vardagsrummets soffa var också extremt förklädd.Sköldarna var så förklädda att sitta på soffan kändes som sitta på en beansäck eller något liknande. Dessutom var dragutrymmet inne i soffan inte lämpligt för sömn och var extremt obehagligt. Generellt sett påverkade dessa frågor avsevärt bekvämligheten och kvaliteten på vår vistelse och bör behandlas för att säkerställa att framtida gäster har en mer bekväm upplevelse."

"I did not have a good experience with this hotel. If you’re claustrophobic, then definitely don’t book. The room was small and outdated, the skin did not work and the shower was moldy. Given that I have allergies, it was difficult to sleep and they refused a refund. The room had an unpleasant odor and the bed was hard. The food was horrible! The eggs were runny and soggy and the coffee was tasteless. The property is walking distance to the beach and other hotels. Bring insect repellents for all the mosquitoes and flies on the property. Would not recommend this property, not as shown on the website."
