"Отель внешне красивый но сервис странный. Отвечают доброжелательность, но не верно. Про места катания на лыжах, про термо ответили некорректно. Не смогла переключит телевизор на программы. Сотрудница ответила, что сама не смотрит и не знает. Нажимайте кнопки разные. Пробуйте. Странный ответ. Чайника нет даже по запросу. Только кофемашина. В целом терпимо, но я больше не поеду ожидания от дорогого отеля не оправдались."

"We got there at 9.30 p.m. while it was raining and the self check-in didn't work! Nobody was around and we had to manage to call the hotel emergency number and enter the hotel with help from remote through the phone. When we finally got into the small room we wanted to take a shower and we find out that there was no hot water!! At least the morning view of the castle was good.."

"We arrived 1pm at the hotel and the reception told us to come back after 2 hrs. However, she suddenly told us there is a room available and gave us the room key immediately hence we were able to check in earlier and rest ealier at our room. "Very nice and warm boutique hotel. The deco and furniture are authentic and tasteful. The staff are kind. We are offered a welcome drink. The breakfast was good. Made to order omelette was very yummy. The downside is my room was facing the bar next door. People sang till after midnight."

"Hotellets mottagningspersonal förklarade hotellet för oss i flytande engelska, så vi hade inga klagomål om tjänsten. Hotellet har en hiss, men det är gammalt mode och något skrämmande (för det har inga automatiska dörrar). Tyvärr har hotellet ingen luftkonditionering.Med tanke på de ovanligt varma sommaren orsakas av global uppvärmning bör de överväga att installera en. Faktum är att dagen vi stannade, dagens höga tid nådde 34°C (vi letade efter kyla på vår sommarresa till Schweiz!), så vi var tvungna att gå ut för att döda tid."
