"Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse här.Hotellet ser så snyggt ut och personalen är mycket vänlig.Du kan be dem låna en lås för låsen i rummet.De ger också hårtork, handsap, hårshampoo och duschgel. Mitt enda klagomål är att köket är öppet från 9am-11pm.Vi vaknar normalt vid 6-7am att ha frukost så det här är lite obekvämt.Området är också ganska säker på natten.Högre rekommenderar!"

"Hotellets takbar/restaurang erbjuder en 360-graders utsikt över hela Bryssel, och maten var också utsökt. Personalen var mycket artig och välkomnande. Servitrisen vid frukostmottagningen på första våningen sa "välkommen igen" när jag kom ner för frukost andra dagen, och den tredje dagen frågade hon hur jag mådde, vilket var väldigt trevligt."

"I had a good stay at EU B&B. Sara was very helpful in arranging for my arrival and access. My room on the lower floor was comfortable with a great shower. I opted to include breakfast which was laid out with yoghurt, coffee, fruit, cereals and some bread and jam; though there are nearby places if you prefer to head out. Location is dependent on your needs. It is very close to the EU parliament and various related parts of the city: about a 30 minute walk to the centre of town and the main tourist areas; with easy access to public transport. It was a decent practical option and would likely stay there again. It’s probably more suited to business travellers or tourists that are out and about most of the day; rather than those looking for a space to relax and hang out a bit."

Tillgänglighet att använda gemensamma utrymmen med möjlighet att använda kök om det behövs. Det finns ett badrum i varje rum och ett badrum i hallen. Du kan lämna saker innan eller efter vistelsen, skriv till ägarna om du behöver koden för att komma in . Allt hanteras av fjärr men med mycket vänlighet, professionellhet och vänlighet. Rekommenderas. Om ni är med äldre, frågar ni om rummen på första våningen."

"Really nice room! Surprisingly big, especially for a European hotel. The bathroom is big, too, and the shower is huge! The toilet is in a separate area with a door that closes which is always nice. No elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor but, hey, have you actually lived until you've dragged luggage up multiple flights of stairs? It's the full Europe experience! I tried to contact the hotel ahead of time to ask about early check-in. I never got a response to the emails, and the phone number was always busy. I had booked this through a 3rd party, and when I still hadn't gotten check-in instructions the day before, I was sweating it a little that I was going to be stranded in an unfamiliar place with nowhere to stay. You don't really interact with staff at all. All of that said, I did receive check-in instructions the morning of, and everything worked as it should. It was just a perfect storm of being prone to anxiety, coupled with the fact that I couldn't reach anybody. You'll have access to a lobby where you can leave luggage if you arrive before the room is available at 4 pm. The lobby has some places to sit, snacks, and a bathroom. It's a quiet location and almost invisible. Very close to Grand Place and a metro stop. I stayed here as part of a multicity trip that included Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Brussels doesn't seem to be as much of a tourist draw as the other two cities but don't count it out! If you're into middle ages architecture you'll love Brussels!"
