"Excellent hotel in the very center of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Very cozy and warm (we were there in December) room, comfortable bed, good hot water pressure. There is an elevator, on the 4th floor there is a window on the roof, I like these. Delicious and varied continental breakfast. Polite staff, ready to solve any problem. The only thing is that we did not find the entrance right away - you need to go through the Dandy Bar & Kitchen restaurant. I recommend it!"

"The room is big but the bathroom didn’t looks clean, something in the bathroom are sticky. And there was a big spider in my friend’s bag. I wish they can improve the cleanness. Also, people who choose to stay here can avoid the nearby Brussels Noord (I don’t know if I spell right) train station, the street near that station is messy and dirty."

Tekopparna var täckta av matrester och hade inte diskats ordentligt. Frukosten var en extrem besvikelse. Allt var kallt och det fanns väldigt lite att välja mellan. Kort sagt, jag skulle ge detta hotell ett betyg långt under fem stjärnor. Tre stjärnor som mest. Hygienen och frukosten var dåliga. 👎"

"The hotel's location is truly excellent. There's a supermarket right next door and a subway station directly across the street. Famous attractions like major plazas and art museums are all within walking distance. The hotel lobby is quite grand, and while the rooms are a bit compact, they're perfectly functional. The breakfast selection is average, but you can make your own waffles, which is a nice touch. The apple juice, however, is absolutely delicious."

"Really nice room! Surprisingly big, especially for a European hotel. The bathroom is big, too, and the shower is huge! The toilet is in a separate area with a door that closes which is always nice. No elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor but, hey, have you actually lived until you've dragged luggage up multiple flights of stairs? It's the full Europe experience! I tried to contact the hotel ahead of time to ask about early check-in. I never got a response to the emails, and the phone number was always busy. I had booked this through a 3rd party, and when I still hadn't gotten check-in instructions the day before, I was sweating it a little that I was going to be stranded in an unfamiliar place with nowhere to stay. You don't really interact with staff at all. All of that said, I did receive check-in instructions the morning of, and everything worked as it should. It was just a perfect storm of being prone to anxiety, coupled with the fact that I couldn't reach anybody. You'll have access to a lobby where you can leave luggage if you arrive before the room is available at 4 pm. The lobby has some places to sit, snacks, and a bathroom. It's a quiet location and almost invisible. Very close to Grand Place and a metro stop. I stayed here as part of a multicity trip that included Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Brussels doesn't seem to be as much of a tourist draw as the other two cities but don't count it out! If you're into middle ages architecture you'll love Brussels!"

En annan miss var brist på kläder garderob, så det var svårare när du sover där i mer än en eller två dagar. Sängen låg underbart, dusch var bra, kök väl utrustad för kaffe och te. Inredningen var mycket trevlig. Platsen var perfekt, på gångavstånd från bland annat den stora marknaden och tillräckligt fin mat alternativ i närheten!"

"I had a good stay at EU B&B. Sara was very helpful in arranging for my arrival and access. My room on the lower floor was comfortable with a great shower. I opted to include breakfast which was laid out with yoghurt, coffee, fruit, cereals and some bread and jam; though there are nearby places if you prefer to head out. Location is dependent on your needs. It is very close to the EU parliament and various related parts of the city: about a 30 minute walk to the centre of town and the main tourist areas; with easy access to public transport. It was a decent practical option and would likely stay there again. It’s probably more suited to business travellers or tourists that are out and about most of the day; rather than those looking for a space to relax and hang out a bit."
