Choctaw Casino & Resort Durant, a Wyndham Grand Hotel ★★★★

"The air conditioner did not cool the room down until after midnight. The sink was clogged, and our wedding party didn't have rooms in time for the wedding. It was very poor planning on their part and an over-priced room that was terribly hot."

Best Western Halito Inn ★★★

"I was having a problem checking in because of the “mess up’ by Trip.com rejecting my confirmed reservation.(Long story, pls check with ur CS, I filed a complaint) Hur som helst gjorde receptionsdamen på Halito Inn, Becka, (Jag hoppas att jag fick hennes namn rätt) ett mycket bra jobb, gå över n bortom för att hjälpa mig ut.Hon ringde trip.com och bad om förklaring, men en agent vid trip.com hjälpte inte alls. I slutet skulle jag betala för ett rum för att stanna. Pls undersöka och råda n att återbetala mina kostnader n "resa mynt" också. Tack. Roddy"
