The newly remodeled 1955 home has original hardwood floors, a large fenced yard, and high-speed Wi-Fi in a quiet, developed neighborhood. It is also only 2 miles from A&M and the best food and excitement in BCS.
This house is a beautiful guest home set up for rentals year-round. You won't feel like you are intruding on anyone's space. It has everything you need, things you forget, and several things you will enjoy!
Enjoy exploring and creating your best cup of coffee using our coffee bar. It offers a drip pot, single-cup Keurig, a Nespresso machine, and assorted syrups and creamers to guarantee a delicious cup of Joe.
For our smaller guests, there is a pack-n-play, highchair, kids' plates, cups, utensils, toys, and books for all ages.
There is a gas grill, ping-pong table, shuffleboard, arcade basketball, outdoor lawn games, a shaded patio with string lights, and a fire pit—the perfect combination to ensure every guest has a relaxing time.
There's a smart TV in the living room and in the master that allows you to enjoy YouTube TV and Prime TV. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Discover the convenience of this 3-bedroom/2 bath home in Bryan, College Station. Just a short walk or bike ride to campus for games and events. This home has just been completely remodeled and professionally decorated with high-end linens, new furniture/mattresses and a gourmet kitchen. The layout of the home allows guests to be together in a large living, dining and sitting area or one can close the door to the hall that leads to the 3 bedrooms for additional privacy. We decided to keep the original tile in the bathrooms, but both are completely functional. The backyard is huge and has an outdoor table with seating and a new Weber charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Guests can relax in the fabulous living spaces and enjoy the excellent location for exploring the city. There is ample parking for 8 guests. SERENE COZY CABIN nestled in the heart of Bryan, TX. Located just 10 minutes from Kyle Field. This rustic-decorated 1800 sqft cabin, with the modern amenities of home, has everything you need for your perfect getaway. You can sit back and enjoy the view of the trees and small creek while sipping your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine on the expansive back porch. This cabin comfortably sleeps 12, with four bedrooms on the first floor and a loft upstairs with two full beds. The cabin features a beautiful faux fireplace that gives off heat and light, WiFi, a pool table, and a TV for Roku/Streaming ability. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, floss, and travel toothbrushes. The kitchen is stocked and includes a toaster, air fryer, pots and pans, wine bottle opener, dishes, wine glasses, paper towels, utensils, etc. There is a Keurig pot with K-cups, tea cups, and creamers provided. The Keurig also functions as a coffee maker, but please bring your own ground coffee. Guests are also welcome to use a large charcoal grill in the outdoor space (please bring charcoal and lighter fuel) with a large picnic table under the beautiful trees. We provide hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, coffee for the Keurig coffee maker, sugar, sweetener, and creamer for all of our guests. All linens are laundered and sanitized for each new guest.
