"Sammantaget var det okej för priset, men när jag kollade det fungerade inte wifi-et. De sa att det skulle vara fixat inom 2 timmar. Sedan frågade jag dem igen och de lovade att fixa det till kvällen. Men nästa morgon fungerade det fortfarande inte, vilket påverkade mitt arbete och jag var tvungen att flytta till ett annat hotell utan någon återbetalning för resten av vistelsen. Dessutom läckte duschen i badrummet och golvet var blött. Personalen såg trevlig och vänlig ut, men att ge falsk information om wifi är inte alls snällt."
