"Our stay at Bocas Beachfront Lodge exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the ocean every morning and being just steps from the beach made for a relaxing and unforgettable experience. The property has a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere that perfectly captures the charm of Bocas del Toro. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the islands. If you're interested in surfing, this is an excellent place to stay. The lodge is conveniently located near some of the area's best surf breaks, making it easy to get out on the water while still enjoying a comfortable and relaxing home base. What truly made this place special, though, was the hospitality. The owners and staff created an atmosphere that felt warm, personal, and welcoming, making us feel more like guests in a home than visitors at a hotel. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Bocas Beachfront Lodge to anyone visiting Bocas del Toro. It was the perfect combination of beautiful scenery, outstanding hospitality and a relaxing island experience."

Faro del Colibri ★★★

"We stayed in the "lighthouse" as a novelty. It had 2 floors. The bedroom was the upper floor with an A/C unit that was sufficient for that area. The lower level had a ceiling fan, couch, coffee table and bathroom. There was a slider out to a deck. The included breakfast was good. There was a little beach but the water stayed churned up from all of the taxi boat traffic. The staircase to the second floor is steep and, in my opinion, dangerous. There was no advanced notice about the staircase. It would be difficult if a person had mobility issues and dangerous for children. The bathroom, while big enough, had issues. The plastic toilet seat was too small and moved all around. The shower had a very "interesting" repair that seemed unsafe. It looked like wires hanging near the shower head with the ends wrapped in black tape. Additionally, there was a repair to the tile with a black substance that ran down the wall when the shower was on causing us to stand in the black water or hug the side to avoid it."

"Jag var på Casa Acuario i augusti med två vänner från baksidan i grundskolan, för ett speciellt stort födelsedagsår för oss alla.60 det är exakt.Casa Acuario var allt vi hade hoppats på och mer.Platsen är utmärkt. Du kan simma och snorkela rakt från hotellet, och vyerna är underbara.Det är en mycket snabb vattentaxiresa från Bocas Town, och det är också en snabb och skön promenad från där till utmärkta platser att äta som Bibi's och Coquito Beach Bar. Rummen är mycket rymliga och har allt du behöver - kaffe, vatten, mikrovågsugn osv. De är också vackert inredda, och utsikterna från balkongen kan inte slås.Restaurangen är ymnig, och personalen är mycket varm och välkomnande. Alla områden på hotellet är mycket rena, och uppmärksamheten på detaljer med konst och grönsaker är mycket lugn och avkoppling.Efter restaurangtimmar finns det ett självserviceområde med alla drycker och snacks som man kan behöva. Mandy och JP är fantastiska värdar.De är otroligt responsiva och glada att besvara alla typer av frågor.Deras kärlek till fastigheten och den lokala miljön var mycket tydlig.Jag har varit för många, många platser under åren och Casa Acuario är en sann ställning. Jag kan inte vänta på att gå tillbaka och stanna längre!Tack Mandy och JP!"
