The only thing I couldn't stand was coming back from shopping in the morning and not being able to find an entrance to the hotel (the mall from the first to fourth floor was closed, blocking access). I had to climb a big slope to the fourth floor to get back to the hotel."

It's rare to get such a good night's sleep in a hotel. Plus, the location is very convenient, right near Exit 4 of Jinshing Road Station on Line 2, which was perfect for us."

"The overall environment is pretty good, and the front desk service is decent. Breakfast was okay, but it still falls short of a typical five-star hotel. My main two issues are: 1. Even though it's branded as the 'IFS store,' it's quite a walk from IFS – about half an hour, which isn't very convenient. 2. What really bothered me was the 800 yuan deposit required at check-in. It's truly baffling. The front desk said it's because there are art pieces in the room, but I looked around and couldn't find any valuable art. If a hotel is worried about art being damaged, they shouldn't display it, especially since it's a hotel, not a museum."

Watching the sunset in the evening and the Xiangjiang light show at night truly elevated the whole experience with an incredible atmosphere. It's also close to Wuyi Square, and Pozi Street is just a short walk away, making it super convenient for food, fun, and getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with check-in, proactively answering questions and offering help. The room itself was clean and comfortable. My entire stay was perfect, and I'll definitely pick this place again next time I'm in Changsha."
