"酒店乾淨衞生，服務熱情，大堂豪華明亮，住的房間能看到山景和泳池，環境優美，到酒店的第一天，天氣比較涼，跟前台説了一下，服務員給送來一床厚被子，第二天空調就有暖氣了，早餐豐富，環境很好，吃飯很方便，酒店對面就有餐廳，酒店二樓也有餐廳，入住酒店非常滿意，感謝酒店的熱情服務。"

"國慶節期間想帶娃泡温泉，一千多一晚預訂了兩晚的親子房，結果春泉莊酒店的温泉中心從今年四月份起就已經停業，需要開車十分鐘到附近四公里遠的另外一個温泉酒店去泡温泉。攜程的預訂頁面沒有如實説明這個情況，依舊顯示該酒店有公共温泉等設施，辦理入住的時候前台也沒有告知，晚上七點多帶着娃穿着拖鞋浴袍，拿着温泉票在偌大的酒店找到快八點，找到已經停業很久的温泉中心才傻了眼，打電話到前台詢問方得知要到別的酒店去泡温泉，而且那個酒店的温泉九點就不能再進客，最後衹能作罷，回房間在陽台上那個不大的浴缸裏玩了一下水，浴缸小到一次衹能進去一個娃，兩個娃特別特別失望。且不説這個酒店裝修設施老舊，地點偏僻不方便（吃飯購物都要開車半個小時到市區），就無法就地泡温泉且不如實告知這一點，我就覺得號稱温泉酒店且要一千多一晚的房費真是相當不值。作為攜程鉑金會員，十幾年來評價都是非常寬容，但凡説得過去都是給予五分好評，唯獨這一次住的這個酒店有受騙上當之感。寫這麼多評論就當給其他客户避雷吧。"

"跨年，從武漢過來看演唱會，剛好訂了這家酒店的親子房，三年成人住得很舒服。酒店就在赤壁北站對面，對於在北站乘赤壁旅遊專線去羊樓洞和龍佑温泉的旅客來説很方便。酒店廣式自助早餐也非常豐盛，廣式茶點蛋撻雙皮湯蟲草湯，還有現下的牛肉牛腩粉面。從31號下午抵達赤壁北站開始，酒店check in，打的6元去赤壁博物館，吃牛雜，找到會議中心直達演唱會大巴，看了演唱會欣賞了煙花秀，1號早上旅遊專線去羊樓洞，中午專線轉戰龍佑温泉，下午4點泡湯出來，20分鐘打的回酒店，又在酒店大廳休息了半個小時，喝喝奶茶，補給一點小零食。再不慌不忙地拎着箱子去坐5點的火車返漢，真是愉快又圓滿的跨年之行！"

"We had a wonderful stay at Into Hotel Chibi. The service was consistently warm and accommodating, with special thanks to Yuanyuan and Xiao Chen for their attentiveness throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the incense experience, which was both interesting and calming — a lovely touch that made the stay feel unique. "酒店的對面就是小河，河邊散步挺舒服，帶着家裡長者來旅遊，晚上還能有地方讓家裡老太太跳個廣場舞，真挺好的，哈哈！酒店的服務不錯，看有長者就給主動安排了電梯附近的房間，真方便。而且房間的衞生是真心乾淨，提供了一次性馬桶墊和眼罩等物品，做的很人性化，他家酒店還有自己的停車場，很方便也很大。"

"麗楓的設計是不錯的，但員工與旅客的互動讓人不舒服。ㄧ進飯店就填資料，證件都給妳copy 了，填寫英文名、證件號，出生年月日，緊急聯絡人，⋯不就妳們前台的工作嗎？是不是有點懶了。尋問赤壁晚上哪裡可去？前台問我要做什麼？我說只是想了解一下赤壁這個城市而已。所以前台介紹我去金三角。金三角就是一個很凌亂的夜市，邊吃飯還邊吐痰。不知道是她的素質不夠還是她覺得我只配去這個地方看赤壁。早餐其實很簡單沒有很豐富，跟照片完全不符。而且服務人員大聲的用方言聊天，聲音比電視聲音還大。飯店的標語很感人，但入住後覺得是一間沒溫度的飯店。就是圖文不符。"
