"紗窗鎖壞，關着陽台玻璃門入睡，半夜孩子被蚊子叮醒，房內也熱，空調開啟響到無法入睡，因太晚就沒要求換房間。孩子臉上被叮了5個包，很癢。電話叫了服務要驅蚊器（其實房內有，放在了寫字桌邊，沒放在牀頭櫃，不好發現），酒店沒有蚊蟲叮咬後的止癢外用備用葯。凌晨2點，擔心孩子因此過敏導致腫脹，自己叫了跑腿買葯。退房時跟前台反饋房間空調聲大，需要他們檢修一下，非常不耐煩的説：如果吵到我們，可以幫我們換房！（無語，這是換房的事嗎）。早餐廳的咖啡杯也該換了吧，節約到這個程度！"

環境：距離市中心比較偏遠 泳池水不換很臟 不過淡季沒有客人也倒理解
服務：除了我們退房後打電話來問我遺留東西的那個小哥以外別的服務真的不行 我也是學酒店的 怎麼你們酒店寫着五星不是嗎 客人都還沒掛電話你們先掛了 沒水了讓前台幫忙送點水 前台説一會讓服務員送上來 等了40分鐘也沒來 後面有阿姨來打掃房間了才讓那個阿姨又給我們 這個前台接待和客房部的聯繫真的需要加強一下了"

"民宿在古鎮裏，出行步行很方便，無論去吃飯、逛古鎮還是去酒吧街都很方便，步行就到。民宿裏非常漂亮，老闆佈置的很温馨，處處都是小風景，打卡拍照非常適合，老闆娘很熱情，我打電話時還告訴我天氣和着裝穿多少適合，房間很大，乾淨整潔，小陽台很愜意，兩個房間很適合我們孩子大一點的家庭，還會再回購的。"

"Big and clean rooms. Good value.
This hotel has no lifts but the reception helped us carry our bags up. So it’s not really a downside.
We booked two rooms, the one with the sofa looks quite grand. The other room with three beds could comfortably fit 4 - two super singe beds and one king bed.
Shower jets were strong and good.
Location is very close to the town centre and we could hear faint music from the bands from our rooms. I suppose because we were there on a Friday night. But the bands stop playing before we went to bed, since it’s after all a small town.
Breakfast was delicious and was cooked on the spot when the guest comes down, with individual servings.
They have a choice of disposable or reusable towels. They equip each room with disposable towels but feel free to ask for reusable (cotton cloth) towels.
Service staff were friendly and very helpful.
