"The studio was located in the old town, 9 mins away by feet from the Saint Mary Assunta Cathedral and 12 mins away by feet from the ferries' piers. Self check in was possible (though I was offline, so opted for standard check in). Great staff. The studio was spacious, clean, with all the amenities I needed. Bed and pillows were very compfy. Wifi was available for free. Self check out was simple."

Fastigheten är mer som en Airbnb utan mottagning.Personalen gav oss grundläggande information via WhatsApp.Även om namnet på hotellet är vilseledande och Airbnb-typ stilen inte är vad vi förväntade oss, fungerar arrangemanget bra med oss. Rummet kändes daterat och gav inte intrycket av att vara riktigt rent.Även små detaljer, som handdukar, var besvikna, de verkade inte helt torra och kvaliteten saknades. Frukost var en annan nedladdning.Vi visste inte i förväg att den inte serverades på ‑site men istället på en café ca fyra ‑minute promenad. Även om det kan vara bra på en solig morgon, under vår vistelse regnade det i Como, och att behöva gå ut bara för att få frukost var långt från idealisk. Överlag känner Convo Lake Como överpris för det som det erbjuder. Mellan de daterade rumen, brist på ‑site frukost och undervattensutrymmen tror jag att det finns bättre val på området som ger mer komfort och värde för samma eller till och med lägre kostnad."

"I have just finished my stay of 7 nights at this wonderful, relaxing retreat. How relaxing it was to return to the San Giacomo after a day at a trade show. Instant switch off as you pass through the gates and into the comfort. The room was very comfortable and the bed and pillow provided some of my best nights sleep. Every morning we were welcomed for breakfast by our host, Isabella who was so charming and helpful. The relaxing breakfast sets you up for the day! I would have liked fresh orange juice but the rest was fine and bossa nova music in the background was perfect for the setting. The advantage of being in the countryside and the retreat only having 5 rooms meant that there was no noise bar the "neighing" of the odd horse or two which was delightful. I can highly recommend this relaxing home. We also found great restaurants within 5km around with authentic cuisine without the tourists! The bedroom was very clean and I loved the tommette tiles as will as the large bath towels! We will return for sure if we do another show in Fiera Milano. Great value and a must"

"Conveniently accessible by bus 7 from the train station, a beautiful place near the mountains. Lots of different trees. Although there is a highway nearby, you can't hear cars in the room. There is a refrigerator, kettle, plates and cups. In the common area on the first floor there is a microwave. Comfortable bed. The room has an exit to the balcony. There are lots of flowers on the balcony, birds singing around, fresh air, a view of the mountains. There is a table and chairs in the room and on the balcony, you can dine on the balcony. There are also folding soft chairs on the balcony, it is comfortable to sleep on them on the balcony. New shower, bidet. Hot water runs well. There is air conditioning. There is a blanket and a warm blanket. Responsive maids. Lots of places to walk, you can go to Como by bus. 11 minutes walk from a large supermarket with a large selection of goods and products. The supermarket has a good selection of prepared foods. I recommend it, a comfortable place for a relaxing holiday."
