Buffet frukost var utmärkt som middag i middagsrummet.Det var också trevligt att ha kaffe eller dricka på utomhusterrassen eller i loungen nära baren. Hotellets läge är utmärkt, vara direkt mot Como-sjön och mycket nära färjor, tåg och bussar - också centralt beläget till butiker, caféer osv. Receptionspersonal och väntapersonal var vänliga, professionella och hjälpsamma. Jag rekommenderar hotellet och skulle stanna där igen utan tvekan."

Personalen i hela hotellet var otroligt omsorgsfull och vänlig.Barpersonalen var alltid vänlig och uppmärksam, och mat i restaurangen var absolut läcker. Jag blev verkligen imponerad av att laget även minns exakt hur jag gillar min kaffe en så tankfull touch som fick mig att känna mig riktigt värderad som en gäst. Jag reser med min mamma, som har rörlighetsproblem, och personalen gick över och över för henne.De var alltid redo att hjälpa, ofta springer för att öppna dörrarna för henne utan att fråga oss.Deras vänlighet betydde verkligen mycket för oss. En särskild hänvisning går till Elvira, som var underbart uppmärksam och vänlig under frukost varje morgon.Hon frågade alltid om vår erfarenhet och såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde. Receptionspersonalen var också utmärkt, regelbundet kontrollerade om det fanns något mer de kunde göra för att göra vår vistelse ännu bättre. Maten i restaurangen var underbar, och det var trevligt att se ägaren presentera och engagera sig med gästerna för att se till att alla var lyckliga. Överlag var det en riktigt exceptionell upplevelse från början till slutet.Jag kan inte lovprisa hotellet tillräckligt och kommer definitivt att återvända igen och igen.Högt rekommenderat!"

The service was great from the moment I checked in the bellboy helped with our luggage and we were served a complimentary drink. The bathroom was also very big. The location is convenient, about a 20-minute walk to Lake Como, and there are halal restaurants nearby."

"I have just finished my stay of 7 nights at this wonderful, relaxing retreat. How relaxing it was to return to the San Giacomo after a day at a trade show. Instant switch off as you pass through the gates and into the comfort. The room was very comfortable and the bed and pillow provided some of my best nights sleep. Every morning we were welcomed for breakfast by our host, Isabella who was so charming and helpful. The relaxing breakfast sets you up for the day! I would have liked fresh orange juice but the rest was fine and bossa nova music in the background was perfect for the setting. The advantage of being in the countryside and the retreat only having 5 rooms meant that there was no noise bar the "neighing" of the odd horse or two which was delightful. I can highly recommend this relaxing home. We also found great restaurants within 5km around with authentic cuisine without the tourists! The bedroom was very clean and I loved the tommette tiles as will as the large bath towels! We will return for sure if we do another show in Fiera Milano. Great value and a must"

"Conveniently accessible by bus 7 from the train station, a beautiful place near the mountains. Lots of different trees. Although there is a highway nearby, you can't hear cars in the room. There is a refrigerator, kettle, plates and cups. In the common area on the first floor there is a microwave. Comfortable bed. The room has an exit to the balcony. There are lots of flowers on the balcony, birds singing around, fresh air, a view of the mountains. There is a table and chairs in the room and on the balcony, you can dine on the balcony. There are also folding soft chairs on the balcony, it is comfortable to sleep on them on the balcony. New shower, bidet. Hot water runs well. There is air conditioning. There is a blanket and a warm blanket. Responsive maids. Lots of places to walk, you can go to Como by bus. 11 minutes walk from a large supermarket with a large selection of goods and products. The supermarket has a good selection of prepared foods. I recommend it, a comfortable place for a relaxing holiday."
