"The service for its price is not that bad. It is clean and they are attentive. We were quite a bus. But one of the rooms had a water leak that they couldn't fix and to move us to another room they charged us a lot, that was an abuse. On the other hand, it bothered us a lot that they demanded that we leave the hotel at 11:00 am. and they took us out at that hour. They argued that the departure time is that of Guadalajara, which is where we are from. That local time does not apply to them. I don't understand why they institutionalized checking out of hotels at 12:00 noon, it is a generalized abuse, when it should be at 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. This is already lending itself to more abuse like this one from Tropical Suites de Los Ayala."
