I slept deliciously and I will now get a bed like that for my home. The employees were quite kind and helpful too. Clearly, from the bed alone, they invest in quality. It’s a gorgeous building and exquisitely maintained with a magnificent old world charm. I hope this gem lasts for ages and doesn’t succumb to the boring, overly modern, cookie cutter trope a lot of hotels have fallen into. I will return for sure."

"We recently stayed at the Garryvoe for a family holiday with our three small boys. The location is absolutely unbeatable—being right by the beach made entertaining the kids so easy. Our room was incredibly spacious and perfectly set up for a family of five. We also have to mention the food; the breakfast spread was excellent each morning, and we really enjoyed our dinners at the restaurant. It is a wonderfully family-friendly hotel, and we highly recommend."

"It takes only 10 minutes to walk from Cork train station with a suitcase. It's basically a straight line. It's all flat. It's very close to the river. The city center shopping center is across the river. It's very convenient. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know how the hotel breakfast is. The room is spacious and clean with large activity space. The furniture and facilities are good, and the mattress is comfortable to sleep. The beautiful lady at the front desk is very friendly and greeted us in Chinese. The only bad thing is that the room we stayed in was on the second floor facing the street. The bar downstairs was too noisy until late, and light sleepers would be affected. Everything else was perfect."
