Alla rum har namn, jag stannade i "Cofete" som hade ett separat privat badrum bredvid dörren, med en bra dusch.Ett stort urval av frukostprodukter tillgängliga i en vandrarhemstil.Har också en liten simbassäng (dipping). Om du kämpar för att finna denna plats, är den lätt när du vet, vrid upp gatan med en bilbarriär rakt bredvid Sports Bar ...Gå upp och den är den sista byggnaden till höger."

"The location is excellent, with the town, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The nearby Music Square is a great place to spend an evening, with live music and talented bands. The pool bar offers a wide selection of drinks. While some premium branded drinks require an additional charge, there is still plenty of choice included, and the daily cocktail special is a nice touch. The pool bar is open from 10:30am to 6:30pm and also serves snacks and ice cream throughout the day. The pool itself is very clean and the perfect temperature for cooling off. It opens at 9am and although some guests queue early for sunbeds, we never had any issues finding one. Pool towels are provided, with a €1 charge if you wish to exchange them. There is also optional daytime entertainment such as darts, table tennis and pool games, which are fun to join in or simply watch. The gym opens from 7am. Guests collect the key from reception and can book a slot if required, helping to prevent it from becoming overcrowded. Our room was spacious and well laid out, with a separate bedroom, bathroom and seating area. The shower was a great size and had excellent water pressure, which was particularly appreciated after a long day in the sun. Air conditioning was great too. We also liked the hotel’s environmentally friendly room-cleaning initiative. Rooms are cleaned daily, but guests can choose to skip a day in exchange for either a complimentary cocktail or an hour in the jacuzzi with a bottle of cava. The food was a good mix of international and local cuisine with plenty of variety throughout our stay, including themed evenings such as BBQ night. There are always plenty of alternatives available, including pasta, pizza, fish, chicken, pork, salads, rice, chips and fresh bread. All dishes are labelled. Some guests may have high expectations and complain about the selection, but in our experience there was more than enough choice to suit most tastes. There have been some comments about birds in the restaurant area, but this was not an issue for us. The dining area is enclosed and although the occasional bird may find its way in when the doors are open, it certainly didn’t affect our experience. The spa and wellness centre offers treatments, a sauna and jacuzzi (at an additional cost) and is open from 10am to 7pm. One of the biggest positives of this hotel is the staff. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and entertainment teams, everyone works incredibly hard and is genuinely friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. Check-out is at 12pm, with the option to request a late check-out if needed. Check-in starts at 3pm. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, but we were able to store our luggage, enjoy food and drinks, and relax by the pool bar while we waited."

Unfortunately the food was overall quite poor, breakfast was fine but dinner was not upto the standard of the rest of the hotel. Until the food improves we recommend going bed and breakfast."

"I stayed with my family and really enjoyed the apartments. Location was the main thing as I’m one of 4 teenage siblings so the variety of supermarkets bars restaurants karaoke cafes was amazing. The beaches are lovely as mostly sandy and clear water. We stayed the first week of July which was nice and quiet around the pool, towards the end of our stay it got busier but still no problems getting sunbeds in a row of 7 for my family. They accommodated us really well in putting 3 rooms next door and we could talk across the balconies easily. My sisters room had air con issues but the reception were amazing and moved them or fixed the air con straight away. Corralejo is a busy resort but the apartments aren’t noisy in the evenings which was nice. Bathrooms were good as well no complaints. It’s a 3 star so as long as you don’t expect luxury modern rooms then this is perfect."

"Detta är vår andra resa till detta hotell och har inte heller varit besviken.Det är beläget nära butiken och även musikplatsen om du vill besöka där på kvällen.Rummen är rymliga och rena och ljusa. Hela hotellet är oskyldigt rent och lukta skönt.Receptionspersonal och gästförbindelserna manager Georgia var välkomnande och otroligt hjälpsam. Poolområdet - även om vi har varit i mars och april så kan vi inte kommentera sommarens höjd - har alltid varit trevligt och väl underhållet och det finns oftast solsängar.Maten är färsk och riklig och fylls ofta. Allt personal som vi kom i kontakt med var mer än trevligt och glad.Med ett speciellt skrik till Anna och Juanjo på frukostbuffet - alltid där med en välkomst och en god morgon Tack för ett trevligt besök."

"Jag kom bara tillbaka från en avkopplande 5-nattlig vistelse på detta vackra hotell med mina 2 döttrar.Vi hade tur att uppgraderas till en havsutsiktssuite som var fantastisk (rum 110 nära spa).Rummet var mycket bekvämt och rymligt för oss tre. Tjejerna arbetade mycket hårt och vi älskade omvänd service.Spa är definitivt värt ett besök.Vi åt på ett par a la carte-restauranger, Himitsu är vår favorit. "We stayed as a family with ages from 11 months to 66 years old. The rooms were very spacious even with a cot and buggy in the room. The walls are very thin and you can hear every noise from the room next door including the toilet flushing. There was a good variety of food but it would of been nice to have more traditional food. There are some lovely staff working in the restaurant especially Begona who went above and beyond for us and was excellent with our children. The cups, glasses, plates and bowls were always dirty with dried on food stuck on. Drinks were brought over to us at dinner which we didn't order but were charged for, when we questioned this we were told we had to pay. The hotel is not really for children. The sheet on the travel cot was far too short and my son kept pulling it off the mattress. There's no bath only a shower. The children's club is only open for 2 hours a day and only if someone pre books it. The mini disco is about 4 of the same songs, we only had a couple different songs on one night. There's no childrens plates or cutlery or food options. There is a very small playarea, the metal slide gets very hot and is in the sun. On one occasion when the cleaners had been into the room they left pink bleach all over the toilet seat. I went to reception and asked if this could be sorted and they said it would but it wasn't so I cleaned it myself. I asked for clean cups, spoons and glasses but this didn't happen. The toilets in the main area downstairs were very smelly. You could smell them from the reception upstairs. The were a lot of hotel improvements going on during our stay and some facilities were unavailable but there was no alternatives provided. When we checked out our bill was extremely high for a few drinks, some of which we didn't order! We were never told how much drinks were or given any receipts!"
