"Vi är europeiska turister och reser redan i mer än 50 dagar i södra Kina.Tja, av alla de goda hotell eller hemvist vi har varit, var detta första gången vi hade en front desk person (Sherry) som talade bra engelska!!! När vi anlände till Danba bussstationen kände vi oss lite förlorade och så vi bestämde oss för att ringa hemmastationen och veta redan att det skulle vara meningslöst eftersom ingen skulle tala engelska ... och stor överraskning!!!Kvinnan svarade på bra engelska!!! WOW. Hon ordnade en taxi för att hämta oss.När vi anlände tog personalen våra bagage ur taxin och tog den upp trappan till vårt rum. Hemstaden var mycket trevlig med en fantastisk utsikt (inte långt från utsiktspunkten n.1 men med en mycket bättre helt fantastisk utsikt). Rummen hade utanför på balkongen ett bord och en trevlig soffa sittande hörn, skyddad från sol och regn där du kunde ha en lugn och lugn tid samtidigt som du njuter av den vackra vyn; du ser hela berget och även floden! Eftersom Sherry reser mycket själv vet hon verkligen vad behoven är för sina kunder.Hon var så hjälpsam med allt för oss och hon gav oss mycket användbar information för vår nästa långa resa. I den öppna lobbyn utanför (en trevlig terrass med tak) finns det flera kartor och vi har till och med ändrat vår framtida rutt. På sofforna på terrassen erbjöd receptionstjejerna oss te och kakor och vi hade till och med en trevlig samtal med engelska talare från Macao.😊 Rummen, sängen och badrummet är bekväma och toppren med AC.När det gäller den normala tvålen, schampo och hårkonditionering fanns det även kroppslotion och desinfekterande spray.Det finns tre tvättmaskiner och ett stort ställe att torka ditt tvätt. Det finns en bra restaurang och en liten butik.Det finns ingen buller på natten. Eftersom Sherry var så vänlig, intressant och hjälpsam, bjöd vi henne till och med till Frankrike.Hoppas vi kan se en dag igen!Min man och jag var så glada att ha valt hemvist!"

"During our stay at Xianbei, we chose it for the long-desired tranquility of a mountain retreat. While we were well aware that being surrounded by nature means insects are an inevitable 'neighbor' and service might not be as prompt during peak season, the hotel's meticulous attention to detail genuinely resolved these minor inconveniences, allowing us to feel the warmth of their sincere service. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively informed us that 'the mountain ecosystem is thriving, so occasionally small insects might 'visit',' and had mosquito repellent spray readily available (which could be requested from the front desk at any time), along with offering a screen window check service. This 'proactive disclosure + solution-oriented' approach made us feel incredibly at ease. **Visible Busyness, Tangible Effort:** Our stay coincided with peak season; there were often queues at the front desk, and the restaurant was quite lively during breakfast. Yet, we never felt neglected or ignored. Every staff member was bustling about, but upon making eye contact, they would always offer a smile or a polite 'Please wait a moment, I'll be right with you.' After dinner, I wanted an extra blanket. I was informed over the phone that there might be a slight delay as the housekeeping department was very busy. However, in less than 15 minutes, a staff member not only delivered the blanket but also brought a pot of hot tea, quietly saying, 'Thank you for your patience. It gets chilly in the mountains at night, so please have some hot tea to warm up.' This unexpected 'small compensation' truly warmed our hearts. Passing by the front desk, I saw the staff, whose eyes were red from exhaustion, still patiently answering guest questions. It's truly not easy, and I deeply appreciate their hard work. **Superb Environment:** The hotel's location is beyond reproach; opening the window reveals mountains shrouded in mist, and the air is refreshingly intoxicating. The design also seamlessly blends with nature, offering a quiet and comfortable ambiance. **Excellent Cleanliness:** Despite the 'risk' of insects, the room interior was impeccably clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and we found no hygiene issues whatsoever, which was very reassuring. **Genuine Staff Attitude:** From the cleaning staff to the restaurant servers and even the management, you can feel their genuine desire to serve guests well. Even when extremely busy, they always strived to remain polite and problem-solving. This 'earnest dedication' is far more touching than mechanical, fast service. **Proactive Service Awareness:** When encountering staff in the hallway, they would proactively greet us and ask if we needed assistance; seeing us studying a map, a server would spontaneously suggest good hiking trails nearby. Perhaps this place doesn't offer the instant responsiveness of a city hotel, but it boasts the spirit of the wilderness and an even more precious human touch. If you also yearn for the mountains, understand and accept its 'natural laws,' and value thoughtful and warm service, then Xianbei Hotel is absolutely worth choosing. They proved through their actions that sincerity can indeed be seen and felt. Looking forward to returning in the autumn!"

"Facilities: Excellent, very cozy and well-equipped. I loved falling asleep to music in bed.😀😀 Hygiene: The room was exceptionally clean. Environment: Great location, truly a hidden gem of a guesthouse. The common areas are spacious, the garden is beautiful, and it offers direct views of Mount Murdo. Enjoying welcome tea and fruits while looking at the blue sky and white clouds was incredibly relaxing. Service: The owner was very polite and kind. The front desk lady was so thoughtful 💗 and the staff were very enthusiastic. Dinner was delicious; they encouraged us to ask for more of anything we liked, just like being at home! 👍 Overall, the experience was superb. I'll definitely bring my parents here next time."
