Hotellet har kommit in i åratal, vilket inte betyder att det inte är bra, men jämfört med Alpe guld är för unga gäster inte förmodligen det första valet. Vi var i stort sett mycket nöjda och skulle rekommendera det. Spa området är topp."

"We were with friends for 2 nights in two rooms in Solaria. They had gone there another time and the reservation was in their name. We were accommodated in room 2102. When we were checking in, we looked around the room, there is no check list of what is available such as glasses, dishes, furniture, chairs, coffee machines, etc. We left the hotel at 08:30 we left the key at the reception and no one wanted to see the room in what condition we leave it and what is available. After 3 hours of leaving, the amount of 400 CHF was withdrawn from our friends' card without warning and they received an email accusing us of moving chairs from one room to another and tearing the upholstery of one chair and for that they stopped the money. We went back to the hotel to check what we had done but the manager was very arrogant and rude to us and said you were right. We asked to see the chair, which they accused us of being torn. An employee brought it and when we asked which room the chair was from, he said a completely different room number than the one we were in. Much bitterness and disappointment remained with our stay in Solaria. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ACCOMMODATION. But if you are still booked into staying overnight, please check everything very carefully when you check in, so that you don't end up being a victim too."

After an accidental double booking, which the hotel failed to notify us of before the cancellation deadline, they insisted on full payment for the erroneous booking despite our requests for leniency. We have never experienced such an unsympathetic hotel management before and our entire week-long stay was anything but enjoyable. The only possible explanation I can think of is that the hotel is facing imminent insolvency."

"Our stay at Hotel Grischa was good. Check-in and check-out took place in a rather chilly atmosphere. The positive highlight in the hotel was the service in the bar and restaurant - great! The staff were attentive and friendly, which contributed to a pleasant experience. The cleanliness in the hotel was very good overall, which we particularly appreciated. Unfortunately, the same praise did not apply to the bed, which did not meet our expectations. It was too soft for our taste. One point that confused us was the selective laundry policy for athletes. It was incomprehensible why the sportswear included in the room rate was only washed for bikers and not for trail runners. Equal treatment in this regard would be appropriate. On the positive side, we would like to highlight the breakfast. The quality was good, and the service including the breakfast chef was a pleasant start to the day."
