We didn't even have to venture out for coffee thanks to their on-site cafe, which was perfect for our sisterly chats, especially since it was raining. The service was exceptional – they literally catered to our every need. When we were leaving, I casually mentioned how much I loved their shower gel and asked if it was for sale. To our surprise, a staff member, a lovely lady, thoughtfully packed a bunch of samples for us! We were so touched and a little embarrassed by their generosity. We'll definitely be back! Hope they keep up the amazing work!"

"Stumbled upon a hidden gem! This hotel, with its Suzhou garden architecture, instantly transports you to a classical Jiangnan painting the moment you step in. The cloudy weather on the day we visited perfectly complemented the garden's ambiance. There's so much to do here, and I especially loved their heated pool – they even thoughtfully provided swim rings and toys for kids. Plus, the wardrobe in the room had Hanfu and Qipao, perfect for some beautiful photos!"

This B&B is located in the Yunshang tourist area. I stayed in a B&B in the first phase a few years ago. There is a big yard in the middle and back. It is very comfortable and I am very satisfied. This year I live in another house in the third phase, which is further away. The junior three-bedroom apartment only has a small courtyard in the middle. Let’s talk about the shortcomings. Because it is in a remote location, there are basically no shopping places around, and there are many mosquitoes (the store has prepared mosquito killer lamps and mosquito killers). The smallest room in the small three-bedroom apartment we lived in had only one tatami mat, and the only small window was blocked by a cabinet. Due to the location and weather, there was a slight musty smell. Special note, the store's service is very good. I asked for several items before and after, and they were all delivered patiently."

The front desk first mentioned strong winds the previous two days, then explained how strong the winds were this morning. I refused to accept their explanation and moved rooms. Never mind, I cleaned the tables and chairs myself. The funniest thing was that when I saw the porridge for breakfast and tried to get a bowl, there was sand in the bowl underneath. I told the waiter (and they took it away). Hotel cleanliness really needs to be brought up to standard."
