"Room is enough for my families 2A 3k with bigger single bed can fit for 2 people. Clean bathroom , floor is functioning heating during winter and easy to communicate with the staff by joining the weechat group by this hotel .. good things their provide shoes heater in each room From cabel car you can go near ticketing counter to drop ur luggage for free Breakfast for Muslim is only corn , porridge , bread and jam .. no coffee in the morning just hot soya .. boleh la .."

"We had a great time at Maple Leaf Hotel. All the staffs have been so polite, helpful and service was always on time. The lunch and dinner there, u may need to spend above 150 Yuan to get certain rebate or 500 yuan for another rebate. No halal food ya. For muslim travellers you need to bring your own food. There are vending machines at the lobby for some snacks. The location is very near to the playground & ski area. Walking distance. But because of our winter clothings which is so heavy, it made us walk slow to reach the destination. We had issue with TV but the staff came and helped us to set up the TV as we don't understand Mandarin.  The rooms were clean overall. We managed to get a room next to each another. We arrived earlier but they did allowed us to enter slightly earlier as we came with a family of 5 pax. I would suggest family coming here not to bring big & heavy luggages. One traveller just 1 hand car bag will do. Bottle water, shampoo and body wash are all provided by the hotel. The moment we check out, within seconds , i received the deposit fee if 200 Yuan at my Alipay apps. There is a Cotti Coffee near the playground. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay at Maple Leaf Hotel. Excellent service by the staffs."

"Great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu, Anren. The hotel has spacious, clean rooms and a relaxing environment with nice garden views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is excellent for visiting Anren Ancient Town and nearby museums, though it is a bit far from central Chengdu. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend for a quiet getaway or family trip."

"The owner is super attentive. They shared guidance on traveling up in Xiling and told us how much we should spend for a car back to Chengdu to prevent us from being ripped off. The room is clean, good lighting and cute. Free shuttle van : They offer a free shuttle between the Xiling entrance and the hotel. Heating : The floor and bed heating is very nice. But the bahtroom is too freezing to shower. AI voice demand : The TV, lights, and air conditioner are also compatible with AI voice commands ”Tian mao JingLing”, which is super convenient."

"Howard Johnson hot spring is a beautiful resort with very good service. We did not speak Chinese so one of the staff added us on WeChat so he could provide us with the services at any time. "Clean and comfortable room for families with young kids. The heated floor is a plus point when travelling to a winter place. We were here for 2 nights on December and it was freezing cold. Thanks for the heated floor we stayed warm. The room is newly renovated with modern interior. The hotel does not have much amenities other than what you get in the room. Food around the whole Xi Ling Snow Mountain is limited and they close early during winter time. Hence, do get your meal early. Hotel service, I gave it a less rating as the staff are not really sure their role and hard to get a room call service at night. Travelling here is quite smooth. We hired a private driver and took the cable car up to the snow mountain. There will be bus taking you to the ski resort area where then you will have a short walk to the hotel. Overall a good stay and certainly recommended this hotel for families."

"Hotel is modern design and clean but avoid 5th floor cos of noisy thumping sound from bar on top floor. Room hot water not consistence, Location is far from train station and there's nothing much around the hotel. Nearest shopping street is located at DONGJIE STREET around 20 minutes walking distance. Location in google map is wrong and hotel name also different from what advertised, and breakfast is very basic and not much choices."
