"Rooms were clean and tidy with small fridge and iron. Location was perfect and close walking distance to coles/woolies and restaurants, however there is a restaurant at the motel. Bed was really comfy"

"Formby Hotel provides a decent stay with a convenient location. However, it would be nice if they offered a buffet-style breakfast. The rooms could also be a bit cleaner with a fresher scent. Additionally, there were no staff present during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. If the price were a little lower, it would be perfect. "Excellent location in the heart of Devonport, central to everything. Rooms were very clean. Excellent value too for a 4 star establishment. No free parking on site though, only paid vallet parking ($25). but there's usually free street parking overnight around the hotel but be mindful of moving the car in the morning before ticketable hours resume Ranger's are active and infringements start at ($32) whoops."

"Very tired looking and out of date accommodation. Reminded me of what had in the 1980s. Furniture appeared to have been gathered ad hoc. Strangely massive lounge space and cramped bedroom. If it were meant to be ”deluxe”, I am glad not to have tried ”standard” it ”basic”!"
